Abstract: การค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับปัญหาการบริหารงานในโรงเรียนเอกชนสามัญ อำเภอเมืองยะลา สำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดยะลา (2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับปัญหาการบริหารงานในโรงเรียนเอกชนสามัญ อำเภอเมืองยะลา สำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดยะลาจำแนกตามประสบการณ์ ในการทำงานและขนาดของโรงเรียนและ (3) เพื่อประมวลข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานในโรงเรียนเอกชนสามัญ อำเภอเมืองยะลา สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดยะลา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูในโรงเรียนเอกชนสามัญ อำเภอเมืองยะลา สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดยะลา จำนวน 177 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการค้นคว้าอิสระ คือ แบบสอบถามมี จำนวน 3 ตอน ประกอบด้วย ตอนที่ 1 ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับผู้ตอบ จำแนกเป็นประสบการณ์ในการทำงานและขนาดของโรงเรียน ตอนที่ 2 ระดับปัญหาการบริหารงานในโรงเรียนเอกชนสามัญ อำเภอเมืองยะลา สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดยะลา และตอนที่ 3 ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการบริหารงานในโรงเรียนเอกชนสามัญ อำเภอเมืองยะลา สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดยะลา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปและสถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F – test) เมื่อพบว่า มีความแตกต่างกันจึงทดสอบโดยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’s Method) จ ผลการค้นคว้าอิสระ พบว่า 1. ระดับปัญหาการบริหารงานในโรงเรียนเอกชนสามัญ อำเภอเมืองยะลา สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดยะลา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่าปัญหาทุกระด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. เปรียบเทียบปัญหาการบริหารงานในโรงเรียนเอกชนสามัญ อำเภอเมืองยะลา สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดยะลา ตามตัวแปรที่ศึกษาประกอบด้วยประสบการณ์ในการทำงานโดยรวม พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนขนาดของโรงเรียนพบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. การประมวลข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานในโรงเรียนเอกชนสามัญ อำเภอเมืองยะลา สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดยะลา ตามความถี่สูงสุดแต่ละด้าน พบว่าด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการ คือ ควรจัดอบรมการจัดทำหลักสูตรเพื่อให้เข้าใจไปในทางแนวเดียวกันและ ด้านการบริหารงานงบประมาณ คือควรเพิ่มงบประมาณด้านต่างๆให้มากกว่านี้ เช่น ด้านสื่อ/ห้องเรียน/วิชาการ/การอบรม ด้านงานบุคคล คือ จัดครูสอนให้ตรงตามเอกวิชาที่เรียนจบ และด้านงานบริหารทั่วไป คือ ควรมีการวางแผนงานล่วงหน้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง The purposes of this research were 1) to study the levels of administrative problems in private general education schools in Amphoe Muang Yala under Yala Provincial Office of Private Education, 2) to compare the levels of administrative problems in private general education schools in Amphoe Muang Yala under Yala Provincial Office of Private Education, distributed by work experience and school size, and 3) to compile the suggestions about the administration in private general education schools in Amphoe Muang Yala under Yala Provincial Office of Private Education. The sample group was 177 school administrators and teachers in private general education schools in Amphoe Muang Yala under Yala Provincial Office of Private Education. The instrument employed in this research was a three-sectioned questionnaire of which section 1 questioned about personal information of the respondents, section 2 questioned about the levels of administrative problems in private general education schools in Amphoe Muang Yala under Yala Provincial Office of Private Education, and section 3 was about problems and suggestions for the administration in private general education schools in Amphoe Muang Yala under Yala Provincial Office of Private Education. Data analysis was performed with a software package, and the statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and F-test, while Scheffe’s method was used to test the differences in pairs when the differences were found. The findings of the research were as the followings. 1. The levels of administrative problems in private general education schools in Amphoe Muang Yala under Yala Provincial Office of Private Education were medium in the overall view. When each aspect was separately considered, each aspect was also found at a medium level 2. The comparisons of administrative problems in private general education schools in Amphoe Muang Yala under Yala Provincial Office of Private Education as distributed by variables of work experience indicated no difference in the overall view. But when distributed by school size, the difference was significantly found at a statistical level of .05. 3. Suggestions compiled on issue of administration in private general education schools in Amphoe Muang Yala under Yala Provincial Office of Private Education, according to highest frequencies of each aspect, were that: for aspects of academic matter, curriculum compilation training course should be held so that the understanding would proceed in the same direction ; for aspect of budget management, budgets in various areas should be increased, such as, multimedia, classrooms, academic affairs, and trainings; for personnel, the placement of teachers should be in relevance with their major field of study acquired; and for general administration, planning should be constantly made beforehand.
