Abstract: ตำรากายวิภาคศาสตร์ส่วนใหญ่เป็นตำราทั่วไปไม่น่าสนใจ หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์เป็นสื่อที่มีคุณภาพ เพราะเป็นสื่อผสม และสามารถสร้างจุดเชื่อมโยงเอกสารทั้งภายในหนังสือและไปยังเว็บไซต์อื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง ปัจจุบันสื่อดังกล่าวมีจำนวนน้อย การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์เรื่องกายวิภาคศาสตร์ระบบประสาทและอวัยวะรับความรู้สึกพิเศษที่มีคุณภาพตามเกณฑ์ 75/75 2) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาก่อนและหลังเรียนด้วยหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ 3) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษา ระหว่างกลุ่มที่ได้รับการสอนโดยใช้หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์และกลุ่มที่ได้รับการสอนแบบปกติในชั้นเรียน และ 4) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ประชากรเป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ ชั้นปีที่ 1 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี ราชบุรี ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2554 จำนวน 97 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่ายเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 48 คน และกลุ่มควบคุม 49 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1)หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์และเรื่อง กายวิภาค-ศาสตร์ระบบประสาทและอวัยวะรับความรู้สึกพิเศษ 2)แผนการสอน 3)แบบทดสอบหาประสิทธิภาพของหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ 4)แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน 5)แบบประเมินคุณภาพหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และ 6)แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ โดยกลุ่มทดลองเรียนจากบทเรียนหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์และกลุ่มควบคุมเรียนแบบปกติในชั้นเรียน วิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าสถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1)หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์มีประสิทธิภาพ 79.13/83.38 สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 75/75 2)ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาหลังเรียนด้วยหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์สูงกว่า ก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p< .001) 3) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาระหว่างกลุ่มที่ได้รับการสอนโดยใช้หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และกลุ่มที่ได้รับการสอนแบบปกติในชั้นเรียนไม่แตกต่างกัน และ 4)นักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจต่อหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ในระดับมาก ( = 4.32) หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์เรื่อง กายวิภาคศาสตร์ระบบประสาทและกายวิภาคศาสตร์อวัยวะรับความรู้สึกพิเศษจึงสามารถใช้เป็นสื่อในการศึกษาด้วยตนเอง และควรมีการสนับสนุนให้ผลิตหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ให้มากขึ้นในหัวข้อและรายวิชาอื่นๆ

Abstract: In Thailand, most anatomy textbooks are traditional form that are not interesting. Electronic book is a good educational material since it is multimedia and can link to information in the book and other websites. The purposes of this quasi-experimental research were 1) to develop the electronic books in anatomy of the nervous system and the special sense organs based on the efficiency criteria of 75/75, 2) to compare students’ learning achievement before and after using electronic books, 3) to compare students’ learning achievement using electronic books and traditional teaching method, and 4) to explore students’ satisfaction towards on electronic books. Research sample were first year nursing students enrolled in the first semester of 2011. They were randomly selected into experimental group (n=48) and control group (n=49). Six research tools included 1) electronic anatomy books in the topic of nervous system and special sense organs, 2) lesson plan in the topic of nervous system and special sense organs, 3) effective test of electronic books, 4) students’ learning achievement tests, 5) questionnaires to evaluate efficiency of electronic books, and 6) questionnaires to evaluate students’ satisfaction. Electronic books were used with experimental group while control group was taught by traditional teaching method. Data were analyzed by using percentages, frequencies, arithmetic mean, and t-test. The results revealed as follow: 1) efficiency of the electronic books in anatomy of nervous system and special sense organs (E1/E2 = 79.13/83.38) were higher than that of the efficiency criteria (E1/E2 = 75/75); 2) experimental group had significantly higher learning achievement after using electronic books (p< .001); 3) learning achievement in both groups were the same. 4) students had high satisfaction level towards electronic books ( = 4.32). Electronic books could enhance students’ learning achievement and satisfaction. Therefore, this media should be applied in anatomy and other courses.
