Development a video demonstration of computer-assisted instruction by using learning by doing in Microsoft Excel program for elementary students grade 6
Abstract:
The purpose of this special problem were to develop and validate the efficiency of Development of computer-assisted instruction video program with the emphasis on learning by doing concept of Constructionism about the basic Microsoft Excel program for elementary students in Grade 6, evaluate the efficiency of Development of computer-assisted instruction video program with the emphasis on learning by doing concept of Constructionism about the basic Microsoft Excel program for elementary students in Grade 6puter-assisted instruction video program with the emphasis on learning by doing about the basic Microsoft Excel program for elementary students in Grade 6, and find out the students satisfaction on Development of computer-assisted instruction video program with the emphasis on learning by doing concept of Constructionism about the basic Microsoft Excel program for elementary students in Grade 6. The samples used for this research were 60 children, which were divided into 2 groups of 30 children in each group. The children were selected by purposive sampling method. The Tools used in this research was the Development of computer-assisted instruction video program with the emphasis on learning by doing concept of Constructionism about the basic Microsoft Excel program for elementary students in Grade 6, a pretest, a posttest and evaluation forms on the quality of technological media and on the students satisfaction.
The results of this research showed that 1) the efficiency of students using the Development of computer-assisted instruction video program with the emphasis on learning by doing concept of Constructionism about the basic Microsoft Excel program for elementary students in Grade 6was developed by Practice Teaching Method at 84.83/82.24 per cent, which was higher than the criteria of 80/80. 2) The academic achievement of learning through the Development of computer-assisted instruction video program with the emphasis on learning by doing concept of Constructionism about the basic Microsoft Excel program for elementary students in Grade 66 showed a significant of higher learning achievement of the student in the posttest than students in regular classes at the statistical level of .05 3) The students satisfaction towards the Development of computer-assisted instruction video program with the emphasis on learning by doing concept of Constructionism about the basic Microsoft Excel program for elementary students in Grade 6were also considered at a successful level.
