Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to study the level of acceptability of graduates in the Recognition
of Prior Learning for diploma level in vocational education program in auto-mechanics division in
the technical college of the Office of Vocational Education Commission at the northeastern region
and comparative the graduates of the RPL in the factors of industrial type, industrial size, kind of
the work and level of technology used on the job. The researchers complies 32 factories and 132
populations for collecting data. The research tool is questionnaires have 0.908 for reliability values.
The statistics using for analyzing general data are percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The
analysis compares with the difference of acceptance graduate course level compares with to RPL,
by use difference analysis of the average with t - test and f- test for analysis the difference of
acceptance level of each group. The comparison of difference with matching data uses the Scheffe
analysis. The research results show that: I) The academic recognition affairs was at the high level
(Mue = 3.80, Beta = 0.06), acceptance of skills in practice was at high level (Mue = 3.55, Beta =0.08),
acceptance of attitudes was at the high level (Mue = 4.07, Beta = 0.77) and acceptance of the human
relations affairs was at the high level (Mue = 4.04, Beta = 0.75). 2)The comparison of difference with
matching data uses the Scheffe , results show that a type of industries between official and private
sectors, kind of work between work serves and work produce were the significance difference at
0.05 level by using t-test and industrial size, level of technology that applies to the work were the
significance difference at 0.05 level by using f-test.
