Abstract:
The purpose for this research were to study and compare the shift of operational
employee quality of working Life, Bangkok Glass Company Limited, Rayong Plant. This
research variables classified by an individual factors and opinions from staff workers at Bangkok
Glass Industry, Rayong Plant. The samples consisted of 156 part time staff workers in Bangkok
Glass Industry, Rayong Plant by random sampling. The research instrument was 5 rating scale
questionnaires with 0.94 reliability coefficient. The statistics based on data analysis are mean,
SD. (Standard Deviation), t-test, and F-test.
The research was found that 1) The overall of opinions from part time staff workers
about the shift operational employee quality of working life was moderate level. In each aspect
was moderate level. When analyze by each aspect, except an environment aspect, working safety
aspect, health care support aspect, and social responsibility aspect were falling within the high
level. 2) The comparison of shift operational employee quality of working at Bangkok Glass
Company Limited, Rayong Plant that classified by individual factors was not significant
difference.
