Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study and compare the learning resource administration
in schools under the Office of Trat Elementary Educational Service Area; classified by status and
size of school. The samples used in this research were 291 administrators and teachers under the
Office of Trat Educational Service Area. The tool used in this research was a 5-rating scale
questionnaire asking learning resource administration in schools under the Office of Trat
Elementary Educational Service Area. The reliability of the tool was 0.92. The statistics used for
data analysis were percentage (%), mean (X ), standard deviation (S.D.) and t-test
The results of the study were revealed. 1) Learning resource administration in schools
under the Office of Trat Elementary Educational Service Area for the overall aspects was at the
middle level. For the individual aspects, it was found that they were at the high level and the
middle level. The mean scores of individual aspects from high to low were as follows; planning
of learning resource administration, the use of learning resource and monitoring the use of
learning resource and evaluation of learning resources to implementation aspects, respectively.
2) The results of comparison on learning resource administration in schools under the Office of
Trat Elementary Educational Service Area; classified by status for the overall and the individual
aspects did not show statistically significant difference. For the individual aspects it was found
that all aspects did not show statistically significant difference, except for planning of learning
resource administration showed statistically significant difference at 0.05 level, classified by size
of school for the overall showed statistically significant difference at 0.05 level. For the individual
aspects it was found that all aspects showed statistically significant difference at 0.05 level,
except for monitoring the use of learning resource and evaluation of learning resources to
implementation.
