Abstract:
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ เพื่อการพัฒนาคู่มือครูในการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมระเบียบวินัยของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 5 และเพื่อนำเสนอคู่มือครูในการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมระเบียบวินัยของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 5 ดำเนินการวิจัย 2 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) การพัฒนาคู่มือครู ดำเนินการจัดทำและพัฒนาคู่มือ ประเมินความเหมาะสมโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 2) นำเสนอคู่มือต่อผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องซึ่งได้แก่ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้ดำเนินงานด้านระเบียบวินัยจากโรงเรียนเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาหนองสะโนโนนค้อ จำนวน 7 โรงเรียน รวมทั้งสิ้น 14 คน
ผลการศึกษาและพัฒนาคู่มือ
1. คู่มือครูในการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมระเบียบวินัยของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 5 ประกอบด้วย 4 ส่วน ดังนี้ ส่วนที่ 1 บทนำ/ความสำคัญ ส่วนที่ 2 แนวดำเนินการ ส่วนที่ 3 กิจกรรมส่งเสริมระเบียบวินัย 5 ด้าน พร้อมแบบบันทึกต่างๆ ส่วนที่ 4 หนังสืออ้างอิง
2. ผลการประเมินคู่มือครูในการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมระเบียบวินัยของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 5 โดยใช้แบบประเมินความเหมาะสม ปรากฏผลดังนี้
2.1 ประเมินโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 5 คน มีความเห็นว่าคู่มือมีความเหมาะสมในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือระดับปานกลาง ระดับน้อย น้อยที่สุด
2.2 การนำเสนอคู่มือครูในการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมระเบียบวินัยของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 5 ต่อผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแสดงความคิดเห็น พบว่าคู่มือมีความเหมาะสมสามรถนำไปใช้ปฏิบัติในสถานศึกษาได้
Two objectives of this study were to develop the teaching manual for discipline promotion activities for students in the basic schools under the jurisdiction of the Ubon Ratchathani Office Primary Educational Service Area 5, and to present the teaching manual for discipline promotion activities for students in the basic schools under the jurisdiction of the Ubon Ratchathani Office Primary Educational Service Area 5. The research consisted of two steps. The first step described the development process of the teaching manual: studied the guideline, drafted the manual outline, wrote the manual, submitted the finished manual to 5 experts to evaluate its appropriation and finally revised the manual accordingly. The second step was to present this teaching manual to relevant people including 14 educational administrators and teachers who were responsible for student discipline from 7 schools under the Nhongsanoh Nolkhaw Education Network.
The research findings were as follows:
1. The teaching manual for discipline promotion activities for students in the basic schools under the Jurisdiction of the Ubon Ratchathani Office Primary Educational Service Area 5, comprised 4 sections; Section 1: Introduction/Key Notes, Section 2: Guideline, Section 3: 5 Discipline Promotion Activities and Section 4; References.
2. The appropriateness evaluation of the teaching manual for discipline promotion activities for students in the basic schools under the Jurisdiction of the Ubon Ratchathani Office Primary Educational Service Area 5, revealed that .
2.1 The evaluation from 5 experts regarding the appropriateness of this manual were ranked in order from high to low as follows: high, moderate and low.
2.2 The opinions of relevant people toward the presentation of the teaching manual for discipline promotion activities for students in the basic schools under the Jurisdiction of the lJbon Ratchathani Office Primary Educational Service Area 5, showed this teaching manual was suitable to be used in schools.
