Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาชุดการเรียนรู้เรื่องความรู้ด้านจริยธรรมที่สร้างขึ้นให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 80/80 และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ ทางการเรียนและหลังเรียนด้วยชุดการเรียนรู้เรื่องความรู้ด้านจริยธรรม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในโรงเรียนสมเด็จพระญาณสังวร สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษายโสธร เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2553 จำนวน40 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย 1) ชุดการเรียนรู้เรื่องความรู้ด้านจริยธรรม จำนวน 12 ชุดการเรียนรู้ และแบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรู้จำนวน 40 ข้อ มีความยากง่ายตั้งแต่ .22-.58 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกตั้งแต่ .22-.87 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2 และการทดสอบค่า t ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.การพัฒนาชุดการเรียนรู้เรื่อง ความรู้ด้านจริยธรรม ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 มีค่าประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 88.65/82.12 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 80/80 ที่กำหนดไว้ 2.ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรู้หลังการเรียนรู้ด้วยชุดการเรียนรู้เรื่องความรู้ด้านจริยธรรม ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 สูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 The purposes of this research were to develop instructional packages on ethics Mathayom Suksa 1 students based on standardized criteria of 80/80, and to compare the students’ learning achievement before and after using the packages. The samples used in this study consisted of 40 Mathayom Suksa 1 students studing at Somdejprayansangworn School in the academic year 2010, under the jurisdiction of Yasothon Educational Service Area Office 1, gained by simple random sampling. The instrument were 12 instruction packages and the achievement test constructed by the researcher. The difficulty indices of the test ranged from .22-.58, the discrimination indices ranged from .22-.87, and the reliability value was .96. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test. The research findings were as follows: 1.The packages were efficient since they were found to have the criteria of 88.65/82.12 based on the standardized criteria of 80/80. 2.The students’ achievement after using the packages was significantly higher than the before using them at the .05 level.
