Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อสร้างชุดนิเทศภายในสำหรับผู้บริหารในการนิเทศครู กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 80/80 และเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ก่อนและหลังการศึกษาชุดนิเทศภายในสำหรับผู้บริหารในการนิเทศครู กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ขอบเขตการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วย ด้านเนื้อหา ได้แก่ ชุดนิเทศภายในสำหรับผู้บริหารในการนิเทศครู กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ประชากร ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา ปีการศึกษา 2553 จำนวน 82 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 30 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ชุดนิเทศภายในสำหรับผู้บริหารในการนิเทศครู กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น และแบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ก่อนและหลังการศึกษา ชุดนิเทศภายใน ซึ่งมีค่าความยากง่าย (p) อยู่ระหว่าง .40 - .80 ค่าอำนาจจำแนก (r) .20 ขึ้นไป ค่าความเชื่อมั่น .80 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2 และการทดสอบค่า t ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลการสร้างชุดนิเทศภายในสำหรับผู้บริหารในการนิเทศครู กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ได้ชุดนิเทศ เป็นชุดศึกษาด้วยตนเอง จำนวน 1 ชุด จำนวน 4 เล่ม ดังนี้ เล่มที่ 1 ความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียน เล่มที่ 2 การจัดการเรียนรู้วิชาภาษาไทย เล่มที่ 3 การจัดการเรียนรู้วิชาภาษาไทยที่เน้นกระบวนการคิด เล่มที่ 4 การนิเทศการจัดการเรียนรู้วิชาภาษาไทยที่เน้นกระบวนการคิด 2. ชุดนิเทศภายในสำหรับผู้บริหารในการนิเทศครู กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทยระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 88.33/82.66 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ (80/80) 3. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ของการศึกษาชุดนิเทศภายในสำหรับผู้บริหารในการนิเทศครู กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น หลังการศึกษาสูงกว่าก่อนการศึกษาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 The purposes of this study were to develop a line supervision package for school administrators for supervising teachers of Thai learning strands for lower secondary students, and to compare the achievements before and after studying the line supervision package for school administrators for supervising teachers for Thai learning strands for lower secondary students. The scope of the study consisted of content that was the line supervision package for school administrators for supervising teachers of Thai learning strands for lower secondary students. The population of the study was 82 school administrators from schools under the Jurisdiction for Secondary Educational Service Area 29 in the academic year 2010. A simple random sampling technique was used to select the sample that included 30 school administrators. The instrument used for data collecting were the line supervision package for school administrators for supervising teachers of thai learning strands for lower secondary students and the achievement tests before and after studying of this line supervision package. The test difficulty indices ranged from 40 to 80 the discrimination indices ranged from 20 above, and the reliability value was .80. Statistics including percentage, mean, standard deviation, efficiency E1/E2 and t-test were employed for data analysis. The research findings as follows: 1. One set of the self study line supervision package for school administrators for supervising teachers of Thai learning strands of lower secondary students was developed, which comprised 4 volumes as follows. Vol.1 Introduction to the Line Supervision Package. Vol.2 Thai Learning Management Vol.3 Thai Learning Management Emphasizing on Thinking Process Vol.4 Supervision and Management of Thai Learning Emphasizing on Thinking Process 2. The Line supervision package for school administrators for supervising teachers of Thai learning strands for lower secondary students that the research has developed was efficient with the criteria of 88.33/82.66 percent which exceeded the standard criteria of 80/80 percent. 3. The studying achievement on the line supervision package for school administrators for supervising teacher of Thai learning strands for lower secondary students after studying was higher than before studying with the significant difference at .05 level.
