Abstract:
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาบุคลากรในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ระดับมัธยมศึกษาในการเสริมสร้างวินัยในตนเองของนักเรียน และเพื่อศึกษาผลการพัฒนาบุคลากร ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานระดับมัธยมศึกษา ในการเสริมสร้างวินัยในตนเองของนักเรียน โดยมีขั้นตอนในการวิจัย 4 ขั้นตอน คือ การศึกษาสภาพปัญหา การกำหนดประเด็นและขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติการ การดำเนินการ ปฏิบัติการ และการศึกษาผลการปฏิบัติการ
กลุ่มเป้าหมายในการพัฒนาครั้งนี้ คือ ครูผู้สอนและครูประจำชั้น จำนวน 19 คน และนักเรียน จำนวน 429 คน โรงเรียนคูเมืองวิทยา อำเภอหนองบัวแดง จังหวัดชัยภูมิ การพัฒนาบุคลากรผู้วิจัยได้ใช้กิจกรรมพัฒนา 2 กิจกรรม คือ การศึกษาคู่มือเกี่ยวกับวินัยการแต่งกาย และมารยาทในการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมหน้าเสาธง และการศึกษาดูงาน โดยศึกษาถึงสภาพปัญหา แล้วกำหนดประเด็นและขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติการ ดำเนินการปฏิบัติการแจกคู่มือ สังเกต สัมภาษณ์ ศึกษาดูงาน จดบันทึกการปฏิบัติการ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ด้านความตระหนัก
ครูมีความตระหนักมากขึ้นหลังจากการศึกษาคู่มือวินัยการแต่งกาย และจากการศึกษาดูงาน สังเกตได้จากครูส่วนใหญ่มีความกระตือรือร้น ในการเอาใจใส่นักเรียน มีความพยายามในการตักเตือนให้นักเรียนปฏิบัติในเรื่องวินัยการแต่งกาย และมารยาทในการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมหน้าเสาธงอย่างเคร่งครัด
2. ด้านความรู้
ครูมีความรู้ชัดเจนมากขึ้นเกี่ยวกับระเบียบการแต่งกายให้ตรงกับวันที่โรงเรียนกำหนดไม่ว่าจะเป็นชุดนักเรียนปกติ ชุดลูกเสือ - เนตรนารี ชุดพละ ชุดชุมนุม สีของถุงเท้า และทรงผมของนักเรียนได้อย่างชัดเจน รวมถึงมารยาทในการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมหน้าเสาธง ครูได้นำเทคนิค วิธีการในการจัดกิจกรรมหน้าเสาธงให้เป็นที่น่าสนใจของนักเรียนไม่ให้เกิดความเบื่อหน่าย มีระยะเวลาในการจัดกิจกรรมที่ไม่มากนัก มีครูส่วนน้อยเท่านั้นที่ยังไม่ให้ความร่วมมือ ในการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมหน้าเสาธง
3. ด้านการนำความรู้ไปใช้
ครูได้นำเอาความรู้ที่ได้มาใช้ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ที่ควรรับผิดชอบในเรื่องระเบียบวินัย การแต่งกายและมารยาทในการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมหน้าเสาธงทันที ครูสามารถตักเตือนและให้คำแนะนำนักเรียนได้ชัดเจนขึ้น ซึ่งส่งผลให้นักเรียนมีระเบียบวินัยในการแต่งกายมากยิ่งขึ้น ส่วนเรื่องมารยาทในการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมหน้าเสาธง ครูส่วนใหญ่ได้นำเทคนิควิธีการจากการศึกษาดูงานมาใช้ในการจัดกิจกรรมหน้าเสาธงและให้คำแนะนำนักเรียนได้เป็นอย่างดี แต่มีครูส่วนน้อยเท่านั้นที่ยังไม่สนใจให้คำแนะนำแก่นักเรียน รวมทั้งไม่ให้ความสำคัญในการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมหน้าเสาธง
The purposes of this study were to develop the teachers of basic educational schools in order to reinforce self-discipline of the students and to investigate the result of the teacher development in basic education schools in order to reinforce self-discipline of the students. The study comprise 4 steps : the study of the state of the problem, identifications of the topics and operational steps, operation, and the study the operational results.
The target group of the development consisted of 19 teachers and classroom teacher and 429 students of Koomuang Wittaya School, Nongbuadang District of Chaiyapoom provice.
The researcher had employed two activities for this development : 1) The study of the manual regarding the students uniform regulation and the students etiquette during the activities in front of the national flagpole school yard. And 2) The field trip study. The processes began with studying of the state of the problems then identifying the topics and the operational step, providing the manuals, observing, interviewing, the field trip study and recording all the operations and there results.
The research findings were as follows :
1. The awareness :
After studying the manuals and the field trip study, the teachers paid more attention to the students. They tried to give advice to the students regarding the regulation of uniform and the etiquette during the activities in front of the school yard.
2. The knowledge :
The teachers were obviously found having more knowledge regarding the uniform regulation which required the studentsuniform with the day of the wiik as set by the school, such as boy scout uniforms, girl scout uniforms, exercise uniforms, gathering uniforms, sock colors and hair style, including the etiquette during the activities provided in front of the national flagpole school yard. Most of the teachers could adapt the techniques to make the activities in front of the national flagpole school yard, which need to be finished in a short period of time, more interesting to the students and were able to give advice to student. Only few teacher were not yet able to give advice to students and not pay adequate attention to the activities in front of the nation flagpole school yard.
3. Knowledge application :
The teachers had applied the knowledge to their responsibility of the students uniform regulation and etiqitte during the activities in front of the national flagpole school yard. The teachers were able to give advice and warn the students better than before. For the studentsetiqette during the activities on the school yard, most of the teachers could adapt the techniques learnt from the field trip study with their students and were able to give advice to student. Only few teacher were not able to give advice to students and not pay adequate attention to the activities in front of the national flagpole school yard.
