Abstract: ผลการศึกษา - การศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการสร้างความเข้มแข็งอย่างยั่งยืน ให้กับกลุ่มอาชีพในเขตเทศบาลเมืองศรีสะเกษ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่สามารถสร้างความเข้มแข็งอย่างยั่งยืนให้กับกลุ่มอาชีพในเขตเทศบาลเมืองศรีสะเกษ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับกลุ่มอาชีพในเขตพื้นที่ ๗ ชุมชนเทศบาลเมืองศรีสะเกษ โดยผู้วิจัยแบ่งออกเป็นกลุ่ม ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารเทศบาล กลุ่มสมาชิกสภาเทศบาล กลุ่มนักวิชาการหรือนักพัฒนาภาครัฐและเอกชน กลุ่มผู้นำชุมชน และกลุ่มสมาชิกกลุ่มอาชีพ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลครั้งนี้ ผู้ศึกษาใช้แบบสอบถาม เป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ คือ มากที่สุด มาก ปานกลาง น้อย น้อยที่สุด โดยให้เลือกตอบคำถามเพียงคำตอบเดียว และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่และคิดเป็นร้อยละ การวิเคราะห์ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) ของปัจจัยภายในและปัจจัยภายนอกที่มีผลต่อความเข้มแข็งและความยั่งยืนของกลุ่มอาชีพ และระดับความเข้มแข็งอย่างยั่งยืนของกลุ่มอาชีพ และวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับความเข้มแข็งอย่างยั่งยืนของกลุ่มอาชีพ ด้วยการหาสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient) เพื่อหาความสัมพันธ์ภายในระหว่างตัวแปร ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. ปัจจัยภายในที่มีผลต่อความเข้มแข็งและความยั่งยืนของกลุ่มอาชีพ มีระดับความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.05) ประเด็นที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุดคือ สมาชิกกลุ่มจะต้องมั่นคงดำรงอยู่ด้วยความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต อยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.28) รองลงมาคือ การดำเนินงานของคณะกรรมการกลุ่มต้องเป็นที่ยอมรับของสมาชิกทั้งหมด อยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.15) 2. ปัจจัยภายนอกที่มีผลต่อความเข้มแข็งและความยั่งยืนของกลุ่มอาชีพ มีระดับความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.88) ประเด็นที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุดคือ ผู้นำมีความรอบรู้ ในงานหน้าที่ที่ตนเองรับผิดชอบและนโยบายกิจการที่ตนเองมีส่วนบริหารงานอยู่แล้ว อยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.07) รองลงมาคือ ผู้นำมีความคิดริเริ่ม มีการค้นคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ อยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.02) 3. ระดับความเข้มแข็งอย่างยั่งยืนของกลุ่มอาชีพ มีระดับความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.93) ประเด็นที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุดคือ กลุ่มที่จัดตั้งขึ้นต้องมีวัตถุประสงค์ที่แน่นอน และสมาชิกทุกคนจะต้องทราบว่ามารวมตัวกันเพื่อประโยชน์อันใด และระเบียบข้อบังคับต้องมาจากมติของสมาชิก หรือให้สมาชิกยอมรับ อยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.00) รองลงมาคือ กลุ่มจะต้องมีข้อตกลงร่วม มีการจัดระบบบัญชี เอกสารต่าง ๆ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการปฏิบัติของสมาชิก และกลุ่มต้องมีระเบียบข้อบังคับหรือกติการะเบียบข้อบังคับเป็นเรื่องกำหนดแนวทางการดำเนินงาน กำหนดหน้าที่ของคณะกรรมการและสมาชิกไว้พร้อม อยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.99) 4. ค่าสหสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรที่เป็นปัจจัยภายใน และปัจจัยภายนอก มีผลต่อความเข้มแข็งอย่างยั่งยืนของกลุ่มอาชีพ พบว่า ตัวแปรมีความสัมพันธ์กันในทิศทางบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 โดยมีค่าสหสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ 0.788 และ 0.882

Abstract: The result : - A study of factors affecting to build the sustainable strength towards occupational class in the areas of Muang Sisaket municipality, there was purpose to study factors that could build the sustainable strength towards occupational class in the areas of Muang Sisaket municipality. Populations used in this study were people who were related to occupational class in the service area 7 of Muang Sisaket municipal community. Researcher had divided them as municipality administrator, municipality member, academician or government sector developer, community leader and occupational class member. Instrument used in collecting the data was questionnaire. The researcher had used 5-level rating scale questionnaire that is extremely, abundantly, moderately, little and least by choosing to answer one question only and analyzing the data by frequency distribution and percentage, analyzing the mean and the standard deviation of internal and external factors affecting the strength and sustainability of occupational class and sustainable strength level of occupational class and analyzing the factors relating to the sustainable strength of occupational class by searching for Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient to find internal relationship among the variable. The research findings were as follows: 1. Internal factors affecting the strength and sustainability of occupational class, there was opinion level at the high level (mean= 4.05), as for the point having the most mean that is members had to be honest at the high level (mean= 4.28), the second was committee operation to be admitted from all members at the high level (mean=4.15). 2. External factors affecting the strength and sustainability of occupational class, there was opinion level at the high level (mean=3.88), as for the point having the highest mean that is the leaders had omniscience in their responsible works and policies that they had participated in administration at the high level (mean=4.02), the second was the leaders had intuitiveness and initiative thinking at the high level (mean=4.02). 3. Sustainable strength level of occupational class, there was opinion level at the high level (mean=3.93), as for the point having the highest average that is group set up, they had to have the certain aim and everybody had to know the benefits of being formed and rules had to be originated from members’ resolution or members agreed at the high level (mean=4.00), the second was members had to have agreements together, managing the accounting system and documents to be the way in members’ work and they had to have regulations or rules to specify the ways in operation, committee and members’ duties at the high level (mean=3.99). 4. Product moment correlation among variables that was internal factors and external factors affecting the sustainable strength of occupational class found that the variable had relationship each other in the positive way significantly on the statistics at the 0.01 level by having product moment correlation equal to 0.788 and 0.882.
