Peoples Satisfactions on the Work Administration as the กDevelopmental Strategy of Nonsawang Sub-district Administrative Organization,กKasetwisai District, Roi-et Province.
Abstract:
กกกกกกกThis study aimed to: 1) investigate the satisfaction levels of the people on the work administration as the developmental strategy of Nonsawang Sub-district Administrative Organization, 2) compare the satisfaction levels of the people on the work administration as the developmental strategy of Nonsawang Sub-district Administrative Organization, and 3) study the peoples suggestions on the work administration as the developmental strategy of Nonsawang Sub-district Administrative Organization, Kasetwisau District, Roi-et Province. The samples in this study were 364 people, selected by using Taro Yamanes formula and the simple random technique. The instrument used in this study was the five rating-scaled questionnaires with the reliability valued .97. The statistics for analyzing the data included the frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Analyzing the difference of the mean by using the t-test and F-test (One-way ANOVA)
กกกกกกกThe findings of the study revealed as follows :

The satisfaction levels of the people on the work administration as the developmental strategy of Nonsawang Sub-district Administrative Organization, Kasetwisau District, Roi-et Province as a whole were in the much level. The aspect with the highest mean scores was the society environments. The latter included the aspects of the good civil affair administration and basic structure respectively.
กกกกกกก2. The comparative results of the peoples satisfactions on the work administration as the developmental strategy of Nonsawang Sub-district Administrative Organization revealed that the people with different personal factors were not different.

The suggestions of the people on the work administration as the developmental strategy of Nonsawang Sub-district Administrative Organization, Kasetwisau District, Roi-et Province mainly revealed that there should have built the marble-dirt roads to the agricultural areas thoroughly, promoted the production of OTOP products to the standardized criterion, developed the people to be ethical morality continually, provided the water resources for the farming and irrigation, provided the system of the contaminated water destruction, destroyed the garbage and wastes throughout every village, and developed the personnel staffs knowledge and capability for the efficiency in the work performance.
