Abstract:
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการบริหารหลักสูตรกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนด้านกิจกรรมลูกเสือ ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูผู้สอนด้านกิจกรรมลูกเสือในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 1 จำนวน 162 คน เครื่องมือในการวิจัยใช้แบบสอบถามการบริหารหลักสูตรกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนด้านกิจกรรมลูกเสือ ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 1 ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น เกี่ยวกับสภาพและปัญหาการบริหารหลักสูตรกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน ด้านกิจกรรมลูกเสือ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของฉบับสภาพการบริหารหลักสูตรเท่ากับ 0.965 และ
ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของฉบับปัญหาการบริหารหลักสูตรเท่ากับ 0.985 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่า ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
สภาพการบริหารหลักสูตรกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน ด้านกิจกรรมลูกเสือ ในสถานศึกษา ขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 1 โดยภาพรวม มีสภาพการบริหารหลักสูตรกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน ด้านกิจกรรมลูกเสืออยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน และด้านนโยบาย มีสภาพการบริหารหลักสูตรกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนอยู่ในระดับมาก
ปัญหาการบริหารหลักสูตรกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนด้านกิจกรรมลูกเสือ ในสถานศึกษา ขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 1 โดยภาพรวม มีปัญหาการบริหารหลักสูตรกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน ด้านกิจกรรมลูกเสืออยู่ในระดับน้อย ยกเว้น ด้านการประเมินผล มีปัญหาการบริหารหลักสูตรอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
Abstract:
This research aimed to study the conditions and problems on the curriculum administration of the learner development activity in terms of Boy-scout Activities in the basic schools under the jurisdiction of Chaiyaphum Educational Service Area Office 1. The population included 282 teachers teaching the boy-scout activities in the schools under the jurisdiction of Chaiyaphum Educational Service Area Office 1. The subjects used comprised 165 teachers teaching the boy-scout activities in the schools under the jurisdiction of Chaiyaphum Educational Service Area Office 1, with the sample size selected by Krekcie and Morgans table. The instrument used was the questionnaire of the conditions and problems on the curriculum administration of learners development activity in terms of Boy-scout Activities with the reliability of the paper on the curriculum administration conditions valued 0.965, and the paper of the curriculum administration problems equaled 0.985. The data analysis included the percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The study results revealed as follows :
The conditions on the curriculum administration of the learners development activity in terms of Boy-scout Activity in the basic schools under the jurisdiction of Chaiyaphum Educational Service Area Office 1 as a whole in the conditions on the curriculum administration of the learners development activity in terms of Boy-scout Activity were at the moderate level with the aspect of learning and teaching management and policy conditions at the much level.
The problems on the curriculum administration of the learners development activity in terms of Boy-scout Activity in the basic schools under the jurisdiction of Chaiyaphum Educational Service Area Office 1 as a whole in the problems on the curriculum administration of the learners development activity in terms of Boy-scout Activity were at the little level, except the aspect of evaluation in the curriculum administration at the moderate level.
