Test Construction of Basically Scientific Process Skills for Prathomsuksa Six Students in the Schools under the Jurisdiction of Chaiyaphum กกEducational Service Area Office 2.
Abstract:
กThe purpose of this research aimed at 1) constructing the test assessing eight basically scientific process skills for Prathomsuksa Six Students, 2) analyzing the quality of the test assessing eight basically scientific process skills for Prathomsuksa Six Students, and 3) finding the norm of the test assessing eight basically scientific process skills for Prathomsuksa Six Students in the Schools under the Jurisdiction of Chaiyaphum Educational Service Area Office 2,
The test included eight skills of observation, measurement, classification, the relation between dimension and dimension, as well as dimension and time, calculation, treatment and data meaning communication, data decision and prediction. The subjects were 1,222 Prathomsuksa Six Students in the schools under the jurisdiction of Chaiyaphum Educational Service Area Office 2 in the 2010 Academic Year, derived from the stratified random sampling. The instrument used in this research was the inventory test. The data collection included three times to select and improve the inventory test quality, analyze the data, assess the values of validity, difficulty, discrimination, reliability, and the standard error of the test and assessing the norm of the test developed and the test manual of overall the paper.
กกกกกกกThe research findings revealed that :
กกกกกกกThe inventory test assessing eight basically scientific process skills, totally 65 items revealed that the content validity and construct validity valued the item index of objective congruence (IOC) upper 0.60, the difficulty value was between 0.34 to 0.80, the discriminative value was between 0.23 to 0.70, the reliability of overall-paper value equaled .88, and the standard error value of the test was 4.76. The norm of the test of the T- score revealed between the T18 to T74 , and derived one test administration manual for assessing basically scientific process skills.
