Abstract:
This study aimed to determine 1) The condition on internal quality assurance of schools, Chaiyaphum Educational Service Area Office 3, 2) The problem on internal quality assurance of schools, Chaiyaphum Educational Service Area Office 3, and 3) The guideline for internal quality assurance of schools, Chaiyaphum Educational Service Area Office 3. The 313 samples composed of administrators and teachers, academic year 2006. Questionnaire checklist on the personal information, condition, problem and guideline on internal quality assurance of schools were used. The data gathered were treated statistically with the use of frequencies, weighted mean, and standard deviation.
In this study, the following are the salient findings :
1) The condition on internal quality assurance of schools, Chaiyaphum Educational Service Area Office 3, as whole, is at a high level, when considering in each aspect found that all on preparation, on proceeding, and on self-assessment report are at a high level.
2) The problem on internal quality assurance of schools, Chaiyaphum Educational Service Area Office 3, as whole, is at a low level, when considering in each aspect found that all on preparation, on proceeding, and on self-assessment report are at a low level.
3) The guideline on internal quality assurance of schools, Chaiyaphum Educational Service Area Office 3 found that the first 5 highest ranking are no.1 school should take awareness of the value of internal quality assurance to personnel and preferable team working, no.3 school should given chance to teachers, students, guardians, and community to involve in all steps proceeding, no.12 school should be supervising, monitoring in order to efficiently working
of the personnel, no.9 school should support budget, equipment, and facility of personnel working, and no.11 school should encourage all personnel on conceptual plan, project, activity harmoniously with internal quality assurance guideline.
