A Study of Problems and the Need Teachers Management of Learner-Centered Instructional Activities on the School under the Office of the Basic Education Commission in Chatturat District, Chaiyaphum Province.
Abstract:
The purpose of the study was to study the problems conditions and the need teachers management of learner-centered instructional activities on the school under the Office of the Basic Education Commission in Chatturat district, Chaiyaphum province. The samples were comprised of 233 teachers from 53 schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission in Chatturat district, Chaiyaphum province. The instruments used in the study include a questionnaire constructed by the researcher. The questionnaire was the study of the problems conditions and the need teachers management of learner-centered instructional activities on the school under the Office of the Basic Education. The reliability of the problems conditions equaled 0.975 and the need equaled 0.964. The data were analyzed by the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis.
As the result of the study, it is revealed that :
The teachers problems management of learner-centered instructional activities on the school under the Office of the Basic Education Commission in Chatturat district, Chaiyaphum province, as whole, all is at a moderate level. The mean of the learner and the innovation and technology are at a highest level.
The need teachers management of learner-centered instructional activities on the school under the Office of the Basic Education Commission in Chatturat district, Chaiyaphum province, as whole, all is at a much level. The mean of the needs directors are at a highest level.
