Abstract:
The purpose of this research aimed to study the school administrators academic administration conditions under the jurisdiction of Chaiyaphum Educational Service Area
Office 1. The scope of this study covered four dimensions including institutional curriculum development, learning process development, material, innovation and technology development, and educational supervision. The subjects used in this research consisted of 290 school administrators under the jurisdiction of Chaiyaphum Educational Service Area Office 1. The research instrument constructed by the researcher was the five-rating scaled questionnaire with the value of reliability coefficient equaled 0.91. The data were analyzed by the frequency, percentage mean, and standard deviation.

The conditions of the school administrators academic administration under the jurisdiction of Chaiyaphum Educational Service Area Office 1, in overall dimensions were operated at the much level and when ranking, it revealed the dimension of learning process development, and the second rank included the dimensions of institutional curriculum development, material, innovation and technology development and educational supervision respectively.
