A Study of the Nature of Problems Faced by the Education System and a Way in Which to Creat Cooperation between the Individuals Who Work in the School System and the Members of the Community : A Case Study of Ladyai School, Muangchaiyaphumdistrict, Chaiyaphum Province.
Abstract:
The objectives of this study were 1) to study the nature of the problems faced in the school system, and 2) to test the effects of creating cooperation between the Lad Yai community and those who work in the school system on the management of the education system. The results from the study were analyzed and then used as guidelines for this intervention study in order to increase the knowledge and understanding of the proper roles and responsibilities of those individuals involved in both the school system and community, especially parents and students, in order to enhance their performances. This intervention study consisted of the teachers make the parentss understanding by meeting through brainstorming. An assignment meeting for classroom parents to establish a cooperativenetwork, train and develop a plan for regular monitoring and evaluation and give the task for them. The sample for this study consisted of 19 grade-level teachers, 7 special subject teachers, and 95 parents of students at Lad Yai School, for a total sample population of 121 people. The research instrument was the questionnaire on the conditions, the nature of feed by the education system to cooperation between the individuals who work in the school system and the members of the community on the administrational the problems the knowledge and understanding and of their roles and responsibilities.
The research results were found that the nature of face by the education system to cooperation between the individuals who work in the school system and the members of the community before interventions was medium level but after interventions was mush level, the problem before intervention was medium level but after interventions was Little level, the knowledge and problems were found that better. And the proper roles and responsibility of people networks understanding were found better so they can make more cooperation activities between the school and community.
