Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการมีงานทำ และเพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคจากการหางานทำผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีจากมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏชัยภูมิ ปีการศึกษา 2548 – 2549 ประชากรเป็นบัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีทั้งภาคปกติ และภาค กศ.ปช. จากมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏชัยภูมิ ที่สำเร็จการศึกษาในปีการศึกษา 2548–2549 จำนวน 174 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามซึ่งปรับปรุงมาจากแบบสำรวจภาวการณ์หางานทำของบัณฑิต สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอุดมศึกษา และเก็บข้อมูลดำเนินการระหว่างวันซ้อมรับปริญญา (วันที่ 11-13 พฤษภาคม 2550) ณ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏชัยภูมิ จากการศึกษาสรุปได้ ดังนี้ 1. สภาพการทำงาน บัณฑิตภาคปกติจากโปรแกรมวิชาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์มีงานทำมากที่สุด (ร้อยละ 82.61) รองลงมาได้แก่ โปรแกรมวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ (ร้อยละ 72.41) โปรแกรมวิชาการบริหารธุรกิจ (แขนงทรัพยากรมนุษย์) (ร้อยละ 68.96) โปรแกรมวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ (ร้อยละ 60.00) และโปรแกรมวิชาการจัดการทั่วไป (ร้อยละ 57.14) ส่วนบัณฑิตจากภาค กศ.ปช. โปรแกรมวิชารัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ส่วนใหญ่มีงานทำแล้ว (ร้อยละ 93.33) งานที่ทำส่วนใหญ่เป็นพนักงาน/ลูกจ้างเอกชน (ร้อยละ 47.9) รองลงมารับราชการ/ลูกจ้าง/พนักงานของรัฐ (ร้อยละ 37.5) ที่เหลือเป็นพนักงาน/ลูกจ้างรัฐวิสาหกิจ กิจการของตัวเอง และกิจการของครอบครัว (ร้อยละ 6.3, 4.2, และ 1.0 ตามลำดับ) ส่วนพนักงานองค์การต่างประเทศ/ระหว่างประเทศไม่พบว่ามีบัณฑิตได้เข้าไปทำงาน บัณฑิตส่วนใหญ่งานที่ทำเป็นงานใหม่งานที่ทำหลังจากที่สำเร็จการศึกษาแล้ว (ร้อยละ 78.1) ทำงานเต็มเวลาสัปดาห์หนึ่งไม่ต่ำกว่า 35 ชั่วโมง (ร้อยละ 100) ส่วนใหญ่ทำงานตรงสาขา (ร้อยละ 57.9) แต่ก็ใกล้เคียงกับไม่ตรงสาขา (ร้อยละ 42.1) และนักศึกษาพอใจต่องานที่ทำ (ร้อยละ 73.7) สาเหตุที่ไม่พอใจต่องานที่ทำมาจากค่าตอบแทนต่ำ (ร้อยละ 40.0) รองลงมาคือ ไม่ได้ใช้ความรู้ที่เรียนมา ขาดความมั่นคง ขาดความก้าวหน้า (สาเหตุละร้อยละ 16.0) และระบบงานไม่ดี (ร้อยละ 4.0) ส่วนใหญ่บัณฑิตหางานทำได้ภายใน 1–3 เดือน (ร้อยละ 26.9) รองลงมาคือ หางานทำได้ 4–6 เดือน (ร้อยละ 25.6) ได้งานทำทันที (ร้อยละ 23.1) และหางานทำได้ 7-10 เดือน (ร้อยละ 17.9) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับที่สำเร็จการศึกษาในปี 2547–2548 แล้ว พบว่าบัณฑิตส่วนใหญ่หางานทำได้ภายใน 1–3 เดือน เช่นเดียวกัน บัณฑิตส่วนใหญ่ได้รับเงินเดือนตามเกณฑ์ ก.พ. (เงินเดือนเริ่มต้นของปริญญาตรีขั้นต่ำ 7,630 บาท) มีเงินเดือนน้อยกว่า 7,630 บาท (ร้อยละ 41.3) รองลงมา มีเงินเดือน 7,631–9,000 บาท (ร้อยละ 28.3) มากกว่า 11,000 บาท (ร้อยละ 20.7) และ 9,001–11,000 บาท (ร้อยละ 9.8) 2. ปัญหาและอุปสรรคจากการหางานทำ ส่วนใหญ่ไม่มีปัญหาในการทำงานหลังสำเร็จการศึกษา (ร้อยละ 71.85) ในส่วนที่ยังไม่ได้ทำงานสาเหตุส่วนใหญ่รอฟังคำตอบจากหน่วยงาน (ร้อยละ 50.0) รองลงมาคือหางานทำไม่ได้ (ร้อยละ 15.8) จะศึกษา/กำลังศึกษาต่อ (ร้อยละ 13.2) และยังไม่ประสงค์จะทำงาน (ร้อยละ 10.5) บัณฑิตส่วนใหญ่มีปัญหาในการหางานทำเนื่องจากหางานที่ถูกใจไม่ได้ (ร้อยละ 24.2) รองลงมาคือ เงินเดือนน้อย (ร้อยละ 22.7) ไม่ทราบแหล่งงาน (ร้อยละ 21.2) ขาดคนสนับสนุน (ร้อยละ 12.1) สอบเข้าทำงานไม่ได้ (ร้อยละ 9.1) ส่วนขาดคนหรือเงินค้ำประกัน หน่วยงานไม่ต้องการ และต้องสอบจึงไม่อยากสมัคร (ร้อยละ 6.1, 3.0 และ 1.5 ตามลำดับ) บัณฑิตส่วนใหญ่สามารถนำความรู้จากสาขาวิชาที่เรียนไปประยุกต์ใช้กับหน้าที่การงานที่ทำอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (ร้อยละ 31.0) รองลงมาอยู่ในระดับมาก (ร้อยละ 24.8) น้อยที่สุด (ร้อยละ 17.7) มากที่สุด (ร้อยละ 15.9) และน้อย (ร้อยละ 10.6) บัณฑิตส่วนใหญ่ไม่ได้รับการฝึกอบรมใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น (ร้อยละ 47.7) รองลงมาคือ ได้รับการฝึกอบรมระหว่างปฏิบัติงาน (ร้อยละ 20.5) ได้รับการฝึกอบรมทั้งก่อนและระหว่างปฏิบัติงาน (ร้อยละ 17.0) และได้รับการฝึกอบรมก่อนการปฏิบัติงาน (ร้อยละ 14.8)

Abstract: In this time have research objective for studies having work s do and for study a problem and an obstacle from looking for a job, the people in the research this time, be the graduate who graduate bachelor\\\\\\\'s degree both of part usual level, and a part, academic amount 174 persons, and collect data manage between day practice take the degree, (11-13 May 2007) at Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University, as follows, 1. work state , the work does most is, the graduate from subject computer science program (82.61%), computer business program (72.41%), technical business administration program (68.96%), program subject percentages are English (60.00%), percentages and technical program manage general , (57.14%) part graduate percentages from a part , the professor is. Subject political and administrative science majority program have the work have done already (93.33%). The work that do the majority is an officer/an employee is private (47.9%), next work in the government service/an employee is/an officer of the state ( 37.5%), an officer, State Enterprises employee, the business of oneself and the business of a family (6.3, 4.2, and 1.0 %), officer organization foreign countries part / international don\\\\\\\'t meet that, there is the graduate has entered to work, majority work graduate who pretend new work that does after, graduate already (78.1%), work permanently week one don\\\\\\\'t lower 35 hour (100%), work straight a branch (57.9%), are but, be similar to with askew a branch (42.1%), percentages and satisfied student build the work that do (73.7%), cause percentages that are dissatisfied build the work that s do to are from low pay (40.0%), percentages next are , no use the knowledge that study to come to, torn the stability, torn the progress , (the cause vacates 16.0%) and work not good system (4.0%), Graduate majority can look for a job 1-3 within month (26.9%), next are , can look for a job 4-6 month (25.6%), have work s do immediately (23.1%), and can look for a job 7-10 month (17.9%), are when, compare with that graduate in year 2004-2005 already , meet that , majority graduate can look for a job 1-3 within month, also. Majority graduate receives the salary traditionally, (initial salary of 7,630 bachelor\\\\\\\'s minimum baht degrees) , there is the a little salary 7,630 more a baht (41.3%), percentages next , there are 7,631-9,000 baht salaries (28.3%), 11,000 more than a baht (20.7%), and 9,001-11,000 baht (9.8%) , 2. A problem and an obstacle from looking for a job , about the cause that still no work the back graduates, majority graduate has no a problem in back work graduates (71.85%), percentages and meet that , the cause that still no work the majority waits for to listen the answer from an institute (50.0%), can\\\\\\\'t look for a job (15.8%), percentages will study / further study (13.2%), percentages will and still don\\\\\\\'t purpose to work (10.5%), graduate majority percentages get into trouble in looking for a job because of , look for a job that can\\\\\\\'t like (24.2%), percentages next are , the salary is a little (22.7%), percentages don\\\\\\\'t know work place (21.2%), percentages torn the supporter (12.1%), percentages test can\\\\\\\'t start work (9.1%), torn a person or money puts up collateral security, an institute doesn\\\\\\\'t want , and must test then don\\\\\\\'t want to apply for (6.1, 3.0 and 1.5 % respectively) , majority graduate can lead the knowledge from the field that studies to go to apply with the work that is doing in the average (31.0%), percentages next are in many level (24.8), least (17.7%), most (15.9%), and a little (10.6%), graduate majority percentages no take which training whole (47.7%), percentages next are, have train between work (20.5%), percentages have to train both of before and between work , (17.0%) percentages and have to train before work practice (14.8%).
