The Study of Conditions, Problems and Practical Guidelines on the Administrational Standard Criterion of the Administrators in the Small-Size Schools Under the Jurisdiction of Chaiyaphum Educational Service Area Office 1.
Abstract:
The purpose of this research aimed to study the conditions, problems and practical guideline on the administrational standard criterion of the administrators in the small-sized schools under the jurisdiction of Chaiyaphum Educational Service Area Office 1. The subjects used in this research include 100 schools administrators in the jurisdiction of Chaiyaphum Education Service Area Office 1, 103 teachers who were responsible for the school education assurance, and 94 presidents of the basic education committee. The research instruments was the questionnaire on the conditions, problem and practical guidelines on the administrational standard criterion with the reliability value of the practical conditions equaled 0.96 and of the practical problems equaled 0.99. The data were analyzed by the frequency, percentage mean, standard deviation and content analysis.
The research results were found that the working conducts on the administrational standard criterion in the five domains included organizing the organizations, organizing the learner-centered learning and teaching, administrating curricula and administrators relationships between schools and communities in the small sized schools under the jurisdiction of Chaiyaphum Education Service Area Office 1. The practical conditions revealed at the much level, but the practical problems were at the little level. Appropriately practical guidelines revealed that administrators had to have leaderships, were able to administrate and manage efficiently, enhance teachers and students to be knowledgeable on currents situations, encourage teachers to understand on using school curricula, offer communities to take part in the managing the education in the schools under the jurisdiction, and focus on accelerate teachers supplementations.
