Abstract:
The objective of my study is the development of a digital document retrieval
System for petrochemicals. I used it to disseminate the report documents in a
Petrochemical process engineering course, Department of Chemical Engineering,
Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University. Report documents by students in the
Class are collected and stored in the database, which is created by Microsoft Access
97. Hypertext Markup Language, JavaScript, and Active Server Page are used for
Developing the system. The system is divided into two sections. The first section is the management section, used to add, delete, and update report documents in the database. The second section is for a general user to search and retrieve relevant documents. After users retrieve the relevant report documents, they read the digital documents via the system. This research can be used to produce a system for accessing and dealing with report documents via the Internet.

วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษานี้ คือการพัฒนาระบบค้นคืนเอกสารดิจิตอลด้านปิโตรเคมี ซึ่งจะใช้ระบบนี้ เพื่อเผยแพร่เอกสารรายงาน ในรายวิชาวิศวกรรมกระบวนการปิโตรเคมี ของภาควิชาวิศวกรรมเคมี คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เอกสารรายงานที่สร้างโดยนักศึกษาที่ศึกษาในรายวิชานี้ถูกรวบรวมและจัดเก็บในฐานข้อมูลซึ่งสร้างโดยโปรแกรมไมโครซอฟท์แอ็กเซส 97 และนำภาษาเอชทีเอ็มแอล จาวาสคริปต์ และเอเอสพี มาใช้ในการพัฒนาระบบ ระบบนี้แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ ส่วนที่หนึ่ง เป็นส่วนการจัดการข้อมูล ใช้ในการเพิ่ม ลบ แก้ไขข้อมูลเอกสาร รายงานในฐานข้อมูล ส่วนที่สองเป็นส่วนสำหรับผู้ใช้ทั่วไป เพื่อใช้ในการค้นหาเอกสารรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง หลังจากผู้ใช้สามารถค้นหาเอกสารรายงานที่ต้องการได้แล้ว ผู้ใช้สามารถอ่านเอกสารดิจิตอลได้ผ่านทางระบบนี้ การวิจัยในครั้งนี้สามารถนำไปใช้สร้างระบบที่สามารถเข้าถึง และจัดการเอกสารได้โดยผ่านทางอินเตอร์เน็ต
