Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to 1) study the business organization
types and status for build up and access to sustainable corporate management
2) study the factors influencing on sustainable organization. The research was
comprised of both quantitative and qualitative research.
Quantitative research was a questionnaire development by the research and
sent pass mail. The samples were 184 corporative organizations under the
electronics industry of Thailand. Qualitative research was collect from document
review such as the Principle and Concept of Quality Standard Management
System, Environmental Management System, Corporate Management System.
Quantitative data were statistically analyzed for percentage, arithmetic
mean, standard deviation, and cross tabs. Qualitative data were obtained from
literature review.
Result show that gender, age, length of organization, foreign investment,
investment value, and environmental knowledge extension to public were factors
influencing on the sustainable organization. The important factor influencing on
sustainable organization was environment factor
