Abstract:
Currently the TOT Company Limited (Public) Microwave network planning
system uses information based on hard copy format. This research focused on
developing a web searching tool that stores and manages the data in a relational
database. The over all aims were to improve information management in the TOT
Company Limited (Public) Microwave network system and to study the effects of
using the created system.
A telecommunication equipment information system was designed and tested
by experienced TOT Company Limited (Public) employees. Interview sessions with
those employees were conducted after the testing process. The test results showed
some advantages of the system for TOT operations and maintenances.

การปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับแผนงาน ระบบอุปกรณ์วิทยุไมโครเวฟ ของ บริษัท ทีโอที จำกัด
(มหาชน) ในปัจจุบันยังคงใช้ข้อมูลที่เป็นแบบกระดาษ ในงานวิจัยชิ้นนี้จึงได้พิจารณาจัดทำ
เครื่องมือ ค้นหาข้อมูลบนเวบเพจ ซึ่งเก็บและจัดการข้อมูลในฐานข้อมูลสำหรับช่วยในการจัดการ
ด้านข้อมูล ของบริษัท ทีโอที จำกัด (มหาชน) ในโครงข่ายสื่อสัญญาณวิทยุไมโครเวฟ หาก
สามารถจัดทำให้ข้อมูลที่มีอยู่สามารถเข้าถึงได้ง่าย และสามารถปรับปรุงข้อมูลให้ทันสมัยได้
ตลอดเวลา จะช่วยลดเวลาในการปฏิบัติงาน
ระบบสารสนเทศของข้อมูลอุปกรณ์โทรคมนาคม ได้รับการออกแบบขึ้นและให้
ผู้ชำนาญการเป็นผู้ทดสอบใช้งาน พร้อมทั้งสัมภาษณ์และนำมาสรุปเป็นคำตอบของงานวิจัยชิ้นนี้
