Abstract: The purpose of this research is to analyze, design, and develop a poll web database with analysis and report generator system by using client/server technology and a relational database. The system can help to provide a process for creating and editing poll including collecting data so as to generate report as bar chart on the Internet. MySQL was used to creating and managing the system database. Personal Home Page tools (PHP) are used for developing the application on the server side and JAVA script on the client side. Apache was used for a Web server whereas Internet Explorer version 4.0 or above was used for the Web browser. The system consisted of three parts: Pollster Interface, Voter Interface and Administrator Interface. The evaluation of the system has been functionally separated. The results showed that the level of overall evaluation on every function was moderate to good. Further research should enhance poll flexibility by using more question types and position alignment choices and increasing the basic descriptive statistics for analysis and graphics. In addition, computer network performance and security issue should be considered

Abstract: การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อวิเคราะห์, ออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบสร้างโพลพร้อมด้วยการ วิเคราะห์และรายงานผลแบบออนไลน์ โดยอาศัยเทคโนโลยีไคลเอนต์เซิร์ฟเวอร์และฐานข้อมูลเชิง- สัมพันธ์ ระบบที่ได้จากงานวิจัยนี้มีเป้าหมายช่วยสร้าง แก้ไข และเก็บแบบสอบถาม รวมถึงข้อมูล การตอบแบบสอบถามเพื่อการวิเคราะห์และแสดงผลแบบร้อยละในรูปของกราฟแท่ง ในการพัฒนาอาศัยขั้นตอนการพัฒนา โดยมี MySQL สำหรับบริหารจัดการฐานข้อมูลและ ใช้ Personal Home Page (PHP) เป็นเครื่องมือสำหรับการพัฒนาฝั่งไคลเอนต์ และใช้ JAVA พัฒนาในฝั่งเซิร์ฟเวอร์ และใช้ Microsoft Internet Explorer ตั้งแต่เวอร์ชัน 4.0 ขึ้นไปเป็นเว็บเบ ราเซอร์ ระบบสร้างโพล, วิเคราะห์และรายงานผลแบบออนไลน์ประกอบด้วยสามส่วนคือ ส่วนที่ติด ต่อกับผู้ออกแบบสอบถาม, ส่วนที่ติดต่อกับผู้มาลงคะแนนและส่วนที่ติดต่อกับผู้บริหารระบบ ผลการประเมินของระบบการสร้างและวิเคราะห์โพลเพื่อแสดงผลแบบออนไลน์ได้แยก ประเมินออกเป็นส่วนต่าง ๆ และพบว่าทุกส่วนของระบบมีการประเมินอยู่ในระดับปานกลางถึงดี สำหรับข้อเสนอแนะในการวิจัยในอนาคตควรเพิ่มความยืดหยุ่นในการสร้างแบบสอบถามที่สามารถ ใช้กับคำถามแบบปลายเปิดได้ และควรนำไปใช้ร่วมกับโปรแกรมคำณวนทางสถิติ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิ ภาพของระบบมากยิ่งขึ้น อีกทั้งควรคำนึงถึงการรักษาความปลอดภัยของโครงข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์
