Factors related to development of the executives judges in the judiciary court
Abstract:
The objectives of this survey research were to study the factors related to the
development of executive judges of the judiciary court as well as to study problems
related to development. One hundred of chief judges in the provincial courts and in
the juvenile and family courts were the studied. A questionnaire was the instrument for
data collection. Data was analyzed through statistical analysis.
The results of this research was found that:
1. Personal factors: majority of the sample were 40-44 years old male,
married, and had bachelor degree. They had 2-3 years of experience of court
administration and acceptance of self-development at high level.
2. Training procedure factors : the majority of the judges were affected
by executive judge training programs and policy matters not being clear or detailed
enough to be comprehensible.
3. Developmental factors: factors on general administration, personal
administration, and professional administration factors were high , while the variety
of knowledge, effective administration were at moderate.
4. Personal factors and development of the executive judges: it was found
that educational levels were only one factor related to executive judge development.
5. Other personal factors and development of the executive judges: it was
found that acceptance of self-development was related to administration, the variety
of knowledge, effective administration and professional administration.
This research suggested a great contribution to extend the development
courses as well as various training methods aspects, and set not only private public
cooperation courses but also e-learning courses. In addition, in-depth approach for
other court (such as the administrative court) and the governmental officials should
be conducting
