Abstract:
One of the important factors in the educational process is testing, which has to be carried out in accordance with the set aims. The testing procedure indicates if the teaching and learning process actually accomplished. Therefore, it is necessary that the tool or the test papers here must be reliable. The score that students achieve must reflect their actual ability or, should there be any flaws at all, such must be a very rare case. To prevent any mistakes that can occur in the
process and to achieve the competent test objectives, the test types being used must be analyzed and checked and rechecked so that truly effective test papers can be acquired and that the goal of the test will be met.
The development of Algorithm method is set to find the statistic of Sato caution index to help point the qualification levels of the multiple choice or objective tests and detect any imperfect or flawed examination items. The Algorithm system is efficient and well accepted method and is able to bring into practical use for student examinees. What is more, the method can be applied together
with database system (of the examination answers to the questions asked and of the examinees,
who chose the correct answers) as well as with S-P chart, which can add up for truly standardized test papers.
