The Relationship between Affecting Performance Factor and Efficiency of Task Performance : A Case Study of the True Corporation Public Company Limited.
Abstract:
This Study , entitled The Relationship between Affecting Performance Factors and Efficiency of Task performance : A case study of the True Corporation public Company Limited. The purpose of this research was to study the affecting performance factors and the efficiency of the staffs performance. Those factors were: Staffs morale, job satisfaction, wage, working attitude, job promotions, job security , working fairness and training.
In this research, questionnaires were used for collecting data from 295 staff members at the Bangkok Service Area & Maintenance , the True Corporation public Company Limited. The statistical methods used in this study were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient at level significance of 0.05.
The research findings were as follows:
1. The staffs work efficiency at the Bangkok Service Area & Maintenance , True Corporation public Company Limited. Exceeded the level recommendation by the supervisors.
2. The factors affecting job satisfaction, wage, working attitude, job promotion, working fairness and training had a significant correlation with the work efficiency at the level of 0.05.
The staffs morale and job security had no significant correlation with work efficiency at the level of 0.05.
