Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษาปัจจัยระดับนักเรียนและระดับห้องเรียนที่มีอิทธิพลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูผู้สอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 จำนวน 51 คน และนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2552 จำนวน 937 คนโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถามจำนวน 7 ฉบับและแบบทดสอบ 1 ฉบับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .70, .75, .75, .79, .77, .74, .86 และ.73 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สันและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงสาเหตุแบบพหุระดับด้วยโปรแกรมเอชแอลเอ็ม และคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เจตคติต่อการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษและคุณภาพการสอนของครูส่งผลโดยตรงต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ ความตั้งใจเรียน แรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ การส่งเสริมของผู้ปกครองและความสัมพันธ์ภายในครอบครัว ส่งผลทางตรงและทางอ้อมต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ ส่วนบรรยากาศในห้องเรียนส่งผลทางอ้อมผ่านคุณภาพการสอนของครูไปยังค่าเฉลี่ยผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษรายห้องเรียน The purposes of this research were (1) to study micro and macro level variables effect to English achievement of Prathomsuksa 6 students, and (2) to find the relationship of these variables with Hierachical Linear Model. The sample of this research were 51 Prathomsuksa 6 English teachers and 937 Prathomsuksa 6 students witch were randomly selected by multi-stage random sampling. Instruments for collecting data were 7 questionnaires and 1 test, with the reliability at .70,.75,.75,.79,.77,.74,.86 and .73 The statistics used for analyzing the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation-coefficient and multilevel causal analysis with HLM. The research result was as follow: 1. The variables effected to English achievement of Prathomsuksa 6 students were: 1.1 The variables in micro level were attitude, learning attentive.motivation,parents’s encorage, and family’s relationship. 1.2 The variables in macro level were quality of teaching and classroom climate. 2 Causal micro level 2.1 Attitude was directly effect to the English achievement of Prathomsuksa 6 student. 2.2 Learning attentive, motivation, parent’s encourage, and family’s relationship were directly and indirectly effected to the English achievement of Prathomsuksa 6 students. 3. Causal macro level 3.1 Quality of teaching was directly affected to the average of English achievement by classroom. 3.2 Classroom climate was indirectly affected to the average of English achievement by classroom.
