Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาสภาพปัญหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน ศึกษาผลการพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนและศึกษาความพึงพอใจของคระกรรมการสถานศึกษา ครู ผู้บริหารและผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อผลการพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน โดยใช้วงจร PDCA ของโรงเรียนดอนทองวิทยา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาพิษณุโลก เขต 1 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ คระกรรมการสถานศึกษา จำนวน 13 คน ครูและผู้บริหาร จำนวน 25 คน ผู้ปกครองนักเรียน จำนวน 365 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา ครู บริหารและผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อผลการพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนโดยใช้วงจร PDCA นำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลหาค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพปัญหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนจากความคิดเห็นของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา พบว่า ในภาพรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ การประชาสัมพันธ์โรงเรียนรองลงมาคือ การร่วมกิจกรรมของชุมชน และความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองนักเรียน เมื่อพิจารณาในภาพรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ การประชาสัมพันธ์โรงเรียนรองลงมาคือ การร่วมกิจกรรมชุมชน 2. ผลการพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนโดยใช้วงจร PDCA ของโรงเรียนดอนทองวิทยา ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์โรงเรียน ทำให้ชุมชนทราบข้อมูลข่าวสารผลการดำเนินการกิจกรรมของโรงเรียน ด้านการให้บริการแก่ชุมชน ให้ชุมชนมาใช้อาคารสถานที่ในการจัดกิจกรรมด้านการร่วมกิจกรรมของชุมชน นำนักเรียนไปร่วมแห่เทียนในวันเข้าพรรษา เป็นต้น ด้านการให้ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมของโรงเรียน เชิญผู้นำชุมชน ผู้ปกครอง มาร่วมกิจกรรมวันสำคัญของโรงเรียน เป็นต้น ด้านการส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชนและหน่วยงานอื่นๆ เช่น นำนักเรียนไปร่วมพิธีวันแม่วันพ่อแห่งชาติขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลดอนทอง และไปร่วมประเพณีลอยกระทงขององค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดพิษณุโลก เป็นต้น 3. การศึกษาความพึงพอใจของคระกรรมการสถานศึกษา ครู ผู้บริหารและผู้ปกครอง นักเรียนที่มีต่อผลการพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนโดยใช้วงจร PDCA พบว่า ความพึงพอใจของคระกรรมการสถานศึกษา เมื่อพิจารณาในภาพรวมทุกด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ การให้ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมของโรงเรียน เมื่อพิจารณาในภาพรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ การเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชนและหน่วยงานอื่นๆ เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับมาก ความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองนักเรียน เมื่อพิจารณาในภาพรวมทุกด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ การให้ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมของโรงเรียน เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับมาก The purposes of this research are to study problem of relation development between Donthongwittaya school and its community. Moreover, it is to study the result of relation development between the school and its community after using the framework of PDCA, 13 School boards, 25 teachers and school managements, 365 Parents are used as the population of the research. The questionnaires to find out the satisfaction on the relation development between the school and its community are used as the tool for the statistical data analysis to calculate the mean and standard deviation. The results were as follows: 1. The overview problem of the relation between school and its community in the view of the school boards is moderate while the highest mean are the participation of community is activities and the community services respectively. In the opinion of teachers and management, the problem is also moderate while the highest mean are school public relation and the participation to community’s respectively. For parent, the problem is moderate and the highest mean are school public relations and the participation to community’s activities. 2. The results of relation development between school and its community by using the framework of PDCA with Donthongwittaya School in the case of school’s public relation makes the community know the information and events of the school. In the case of community service, people in the community can use the school’s to do the activities. In the case of the participation to community’s the school takes students to join the Buddhist activities. In the term of the school’s invitation to community to be a part of school’s activities, the school invites the community’s leaders and parents to join the important activities of the school. In the case of the relation support between community and other social sections, the school take students to join the Mother’s Day and Father’s Day ceremony of celebration organized by the management group of Tambol Donthong. Students join Loy Kratong Festival activity of an organization administrates province Phitsanulok. 3. The survey of the satisfaction of the school boards, teachers, school management and parents after using the framework of PDCA found that the satisfaction of the school boards is high. The school’s invitation to community to be a part of school’s activity has the highest average. Considering each factor of PDCA, They are in high level. For the satisfaction of teachers and management it is found high level. The highest, average the relation support between community and other social sections. Considering each factor of PDCA, THEY ARE IN HIGH LEVEL. The satisfaction of parents is high and the highest average is the school’s invitation to community to be a part of school’s activities Considering each factor of PDCA they are in high level.
