Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทที่เป็นจริงและบทบาทที่คาดหวังของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการแสดงบทบาทของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ เขต 3 จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา เป็นครูที่ปฏิบัติการสอนในโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ เขต 3 อำเภอบึงสามพัน จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ จำนวน 28 โรงเรียน จำนวน 556 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ผลการวิจัย ครู่มีความคิดเห็นต่อบทบาทที่เป็นจริงของผู้บริหารด้านการสนับสนุนสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านการสนับสนุนการนิเทศการจัดการเรียน และการกำกับติดตาม และประเมินผลบทบาทที่เป็นจริง อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง คาดหวังอยู่ในระดับมาก ปัญหาด้านการสนับสนุนสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกจากผู้บริหารในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ ข้อเสนอแนะคือ ควรส่งเสริมให้ครูไปศึกษาดูงาน อบรมด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญเพื่อนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ ปัญหาด้านการสนับสนุนการนิเทศการจัดการเรียน คือ ผู้บริหารไม่เข้าใจถึงวิธีการนิเทศจึงไม่ได้นิเทศด้วยตนเอง ข้อเสนอแนะ คือ ผู้บริหารควรแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการนิเทศซึ่งประกอบไปด้วยผู้บริหาร และคณะกรรมการที่เป็นครู โดยนำสิ่งที่พบจากการนิเทศมาวิเคราะห์วางแผนเพื่อปรับปรุงแก้ไขอย่างต่อเนื่อง ปัญหาด้านการกำกับ ติดตาม และประเมินผล คือการวัดผลและประเมินผลไม่ครอบคลุมเนื้อหา ไม่เป็นตามสภาพจริง ไม่มีความหลากหลาย ข้อเสนอแนะ คือ ควรส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรได้ร่วมกันวางแผนโดยนำปัญหามาวิเคราะห์ หาแนวทางแก้ไขโดยคำนึงเนื้อหา เน้นการวัดและประเมินผลตามสภาพจริงและมีความหลากหลายวิธี และพบว่า ความคิดเห็นของครูโรงเรียนเอกชนที่มีต่อบทบาทที่เป็นจริง และบทบาทที่คาดหวังของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในด้านการสนับสนุนสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านการสนับสนุนการนิเทศการจัดการเรียน และด้านกับ ติดตาม และประเมินผล พบว่ามีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 The purposes of this research were to study actual roles and expected role of administrators in supporting a child centered. The problems and recommendations about the acting administrations of private school under Phetchabun education service area office 3 Phetchabun. Populations concerning this research were 556 teaching in 28 schools. Instruments used in this research was the questionnaires about the private teacher school to actual roles and expected role of administrators in supporting a child centered Phetchabun education service area office 3 Buangsamphan District Phetchabun. Data were analyzed through uses by percentage, average, standard deviation and t – test dependent. The results were as the following: 1. The administrator’s roles in supporting to instructional supervision and follow up measurement and evaluation were rated at medium levels, expected were rated at high level. The next problem of supporting facilities did not supporting of administrators in the instruction management child centered. The suggest was the teacher be should be promoted study and observe the actives learning and teaching child centered. The suggest was the teacher should be promoted to study and observe the actives learning and teaching child child centered to implemented for this school. The next problem of supporting instructional supervision was the administrators did not supervision by himself. The suggest was the administrator should be set up appoint the supervision by himself. The suggest was administrator should be set up appoint the supervision board, comprising of the administrator and another teachers. The board should analyze found and plan for improvement continuously the next problem was that the measurement and evaluation did not cover suspect content did not get along with real situation and did not have various types of measurement and evaluation. Recommendations were that personnel should be encouraged to plan together through the techniques of analyzing the problems and seeking the way for solving. More over, the subject content emphasizing authentic assessment including other various methods should be concerned. 2. The results of compare the opinion the private teacher school to actual roles and administrator’s expected roles in the supporting learning and teaching child centered. The supporting facilities and the supporting measurement and evaluation that the different were at the levels 0.5 of the statistics.
