Abstract: การศึกษาความต้องการและการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการผลิตผักแบบเกษตรพอเพียง บ้านห้วยสะแกอำเภอเมืองจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยพื้นฐานทางเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และปัจจัยด้านความรู้ รวมถึงความต้องการและการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการผลิตผักแบบเกษตรพอเพียงของเกษตรกร พบว่า กลุ่มเกษตรกรตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ร้อยละ 90.0 เป็นเพศหญิงอายุเฉลี่ย 39 ปี ส่วนใหญ่ มีระดับการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 มีสมาชิกในครัวเรือน 4 มีแรงงานในไร่นา 2 คน มีอาชีพหลักทำการเกษตร ส่วนใหญ่ไม่มีอาชีพเสริม พื้นที่ที่ใช้ในการประกอบอาชีพทางการเกษตร ทั้งที่เป็นของตนเองและเช่าผู้อื่นทำการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 17 ไร่ และพบว่ารายได้เฉลี่ย 223,000 บาท (ต่อคน)ต่อปี มีประสบการณ์ในการทำเกษตรเฉลี่ย 21 ปี มีหนี้สินเฉลี่ย 128,970 บาท มีแหล่งเงินกู้จาก ธ.ก.ส. และในการผลิตผักของเกษตรกร ส่วนใหญ่จะปลูกกะหล่ำดอก และมีการปลูกพริกยำบ้าง ความต้องการและการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการผลิตผักแบบเกษตรพอเพียงของเกษตรกรพบว่า เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่ มีความต้องการในการได้รับความรู้จากแหล่งความรู้ต่าง ๆ ดังนี้ เช่นการสาธิต ทัศนะศึกษา นักวิชาการเกษตร เจ้าหน้าส่งเสริม วิทยุ โทรทัศน์ หนังสือพิมพ์ แผ่นพับ เอกสารวิชาการ และคู่มือแนะนำเฉพาะเรื่อง โดยมีความต้องการอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และเกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่มีความต้องการในการใช้เทคโนโลยีทางการเกษตรที่อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คือ เทคโนโลยีด้านต่าง ๆ ดังต่อไปนี้ การเก็บรักษาพันธุ์ การเก็บพันธ์เพื่อทำพันธุ์ การคัดเลือกพันธุ์ การใช้สารเคมีเพื่อป้องกันกำจัดศัตรูพืช เทคนิควิธีการปลูก การเตรียมดินและคัดเลือกพันธุ์ก่อนปลูก การเก็บเกี่ยว วิธีการใส่ปุ๋ย การเตรียมดิน ชนิดของปุ๋ย การขยายพันธุ์ วิธีการป้องกันกำจัดศัตรูพืช การควบคุมผลผลิตและคุณภาพ การแปรรูป การจัดการผลิตผลที่ได้จากพืช การควบคุมการให้น้ำ การใช้เครื่องจักรกลและอุปกรณ์ทางการเกษตร ระบบการปลูกพืช วิทยาการก่อนการเก็บเกี่ยว การใช้พลังงานธรรมชาติ การปรับปรุงพันธุ์ และวิทยาการหลังการเก็บเกี่ยว The objectives of the research on studying vegetative production technology for sgricultural sufficiency needs and using on Tambol Huay – sa – Kae Ampher Muang, Phetchabun province were to study general information of personalities, Socio – economic aspects, and Knowledges of vegetative production technology for agricultural sufficiency needs and using of farmers. The finding revealed that group of farmers are 90.0% female and 39.0% years of average age. Almost of farmers were graduated at the elementary level 4. The average family members were 4 persons and on workers in the field were 2 persons, Agricultural occupation and on additional occupation. The average agricultural area in which owner and rent added were 17 Rais. An average incomes were 223,000 bahts (per persons) per year. An average in agricultural experiences were 21 years. An average dept were 128,970 bahts in which the bank for agriculture and agricultural cooperatives (BAAC) is the loan sources. Almost of the vegetative production of farmers were Cauliflower and Chilli. Vegetative production technology for sgricultural sufficiency needs and using of farmers are as follows. Needs: the farmers needs to get the Knoeledges from the other sources, demonstrations, field trips, technical specialist, Extension staff, radio, television, newspaper, brosure, technical paper and the highest needs in the specifically advise handbook respectively. Using: the highest using in agricultural technology of the farmers is breeds protection, breeds propagation, breeds selection, chemical using for prevent and eradicate pest, Technical of cultivation process, soil preparation and breeds selection before cultivation, harvesting, fertilization methods, soil preparation, types of fertilizer, breeds propagation, prevention and eradicate pest process, products control and quality, processing, product management, water control, agricultural machine and tools using, cultivation system, pre – harvesting techniques, natural energy using, breeding improvement and post harvesting techniques.
