Abstract:
This descriptive research was to study the satisfaction on academic services performed by the Third Office of Disease Prevention and Control Chon Buri. This study focused on the satisfaction level of the health officers in Provincial Health Office and other Health Center in trasnferring knowledge of prevention, control disease and health risks by using Marketing Mix. The research also compard between the academic satisfaction in transferring knowledge performed by the Third Office of Disease Prevention and Control Chon Buri to the officers in Provincial Health Office and other Health Center and personal characteristics different in sex age, education, career position, and working experience.The populaton for this research project is the 120 health personnel who working as prevention, control, and health risk at the area 8th and 9th. The results of the study indicated that all health personnel who attended the 3 training projects Project 1 Training on Capacity Development for New Provincial SRRT Team and CUP in Health Area 8th and 9th. Project 2 the Participatory Service System Development in Patient with Tuberculosis, AIDS, Sexually Transmitted Disease, and Leprosy in Health area 8th and 9th. Project 3 the Quality Service Evaluation Using Program HIVQUAL-T for HIV and AIDS Patient in Health area 8th and 9th had the high satisfaction level in all 6 factors in 3 projects. When focusing on sub factor the place factor, the results indicated that the trainees satisfied with the coordination for training in comfortable and fast, place which were the organization team provided comfortable and fast services. For the product factor, the trainees satisfied with up to date of the training content and content could be applied to use in their work. For the price factor, the trainees had the high satisfaction level in time benefit for 3 training projects. People factor, the trainees had the high satisfaction level in organizer team using polite communication and lecturers had well prepared content in training 3 projects. Process factor, the trainees had the high satisfaction level in a workshop seminar along with lecture and small group discussion and presented the result of group discussion, lecturer with slide presentation, and academic seminar by the scholars' discussion. Physical evidence factor, the trainees had the high satisfaction level in equipments using of 3 training projects.When compare the satisfaction level in academic services of different trainees' backgroup, the results indicated that the different characteristics in sex, education level, career position, and working experience had no difference in all 6 factors of 3 training projects. When focusing on sub factor, the results indicated that age more than 45 years had the satisfaction level in product factor different from other age range. The leader group had the satisfaction level in price different from the practical level, and working experience 1-10 years had the satisfaction level in process and physical evidence different from other working experience. The results of the study pointed that in each training project, training content, academic transferring method, equipment using, meeting room condition, along with trainees' background of age and working experience should relevant with content and project objective.
