Abstract: โครงการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อประเมินสถานภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมทางด้านเสียงในชุมชน กรณีศึกษาเทศบาลตำบลชุมแสง อำเภอวังจันทร์ จังหวัดระยอง จากผลการศึกษาทัศนคติของประชาชนเกี่ยวกับปัญหามลพิษทางเสียงในชุมชนจากแบบสอบถาม และระดับเสียงรบกวนจากการตรวจวัดระดับเสียงในชุมชน มีผลการศึกษาดังนี้ คือ จากผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับทัศนคติของประชาชนพบว่า ประชาชนส่วนใหญ่คิดว่าที่ที่ตนเองอยู่มีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับมลพิษทางเสียงระดับปานกลาง โดยแหล่งกำเนิดเสียงที่รบกวนประชาชนมากที่สุดคือ เสียงจากการจราจรทั้งนี้ปัญหามลพิษทางเสียงในชุมชนทำให้ประชาชนมีอาการหงุดหงิด รู้สึกรบกวนการทำงานรบกวนเวลาพักผ่อน เวลาสนทนาและเกิดความเครียด สำหรับการตรวจวัดระดับเสียงในพื้นที่ทั้งหมด 15 จุด ตรวจวัดโดยการบันทึกค่าระดับเสียงแล้วนำมาคำนวณหาเกณฑ์ระดับเสียงต่าง ๆ เทียบกับค่ามาตรฐาน ส่วนใหญ่มีค่าไม่เกินมาตรฐาน

Abstract: The main objective of this research is to evaluate the environmental noise in a case study community; Wangchan, Rayong Province. Data analyized in this research, were collected from the questionnaires, which were on the noise pollution attitude of people in that community, and the measured noise level in Wangchan, Rayong Province by analyzing the data on the people's attitude. Most of the people complaint that they have had moderate problem of noise pollution. They believed that the traffic noise was a major noise source and it affected their work, time relax action, oral communication. It was also the cause of their stain, boring and seriousness. The measurement of noise rating data were carried out mostly from background noise at 15 stations. It was found that noise levels at those stations were not higher than the noise rating standard.
