Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับปัญหาและความต้องการพัฒนา ตนเองด้านวิชาการของครู โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 1 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับปัญหาและความต้องการพัฒนาตนเองด้านวิชาการของครู โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 1 จำแนกตามสถานภาพส่วนบุคคล และ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ที่สอน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2549 จำนวน 262 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) มีความเชื่อมั่นของปัญหาและความต้องการพัฒนาตนเองด้านวิชาการเท่ากับ 0.979 และ 0.976 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป คำนวณหาค่าร้อยละ (%) ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ค่า t - test และ ค่า F - test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัญหาการพัฒนาตนเองด้านวิชาการโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง ด้านที่มีปัญหาการพัฒนาตนเอง เรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการพัฒนาสื่อการเรียนรู้ รองลงมา ด้านการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน และด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร ตามลำดับ ความต้องการพัฒนาตนเองด้านวิชาการโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีความต้องการพัฒนาตนเอง เรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน รองลงมา ด้าน การพัฒนาสื่อการเรียนรู้ และด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร ตามลำดับ 2. ครูที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาต่างกัน มีปัญหาและความต้องการพัฒนาตนเองด้านวิชาการโดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนมีค่า แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยครูที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีหรือเทียบเท่าปริญญาตรีมีปัญหาและความต้องการพัฒนาตนเองมากกว่าครูที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาสูงกว่าปริญญาตรี 3. ครูที่มีประสบการณ์ทางการสอนต่างกัน มีปัญหาและความต้องการพัฒนาตนเองด้านวิชาการ ไม่แตกต่างกัน 4. ครูที่สอนในกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ต่างกัน มีปัญหาและความต้องการพัฒนาตนเองด้านวิชาการ ไม่แตกต่างกัน The purposes of this research were to 1) study the level of problems and needs in self - development in academic knowledge of teachers in the secondary schools under the Jurisdiction of the Office of Nonthaburi Educational Service Area 1 and 2) compare the level of problems and needs in self - development in academic knowledge of teachers in the secondary schools under the Jurisdiction of the Office of Nonthaburi Educational Service Area 1 classified by status and Learning Group. The data were collected by using questionnaire with rating scale at the confidential level at 0.979 (Problems) and 0.976 (Needs) respectively and contributed to 274 teachers, and the questionnaire returns were 262. The data were analyzed by statistical analysis in percentage (%), mean ( ), standard deviation (S.D.), t - test and F - test. The results of the research were as follows : 1. The problems for self - Development in academic knowledge in all aspects and each aspect were at the average level. The problems for self - development ranging from the highest to the lowest as follows : material development, action research and curriculum development. The needs for self - development in academic knowledge in all aspects and each aspect were at the high level, ranging from the highest to the lowest as follows : action research, material development and curriculum development respectively. 2. The problems and needs for self - development in academic knowledge of the teachers with different educational background in all aspects were not statistically different. When considered in each aspect, the needs in research development were statistically different with statistical significance at the .05 levels. The teachers with bachelor degree need more self - development than those with higher degree. 3. The problems and needs for self - development in academic knowledge of the teachers with different teaching experiences in all aspects were not statistically different. 4. The problems and needs for self - development in academic knowledge of the teachers in different learning groups in all aspects were not statistically different, either.
