Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองต่อการจัดการศึกษาโครงการโรงเรียนสองภาษาของโรงเรียนเบญจมบพิตร สำนักงานเขตดุสิต สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามสถานภาพของผู้ปกครอง เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียน 146 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผู้ปกครองที่เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 55.48 อายุระหว่าง 31 – 40 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 47.26 ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป คิดเป็นร้อยละ 32.88 อาชีพรับราชการ/พนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 53.43 ความสัมพันธ์เกี่ยวข้องกับนักเรียนเป็นมารดา คิดเป็นร้อยละ 50.00 รายได้ของครอบครัวต่อเดือนต่ำกว่า 10,000 บาท คิดเป็นร้อยละ 36.30 ระดับชั้นที่นักเรียนกำลังศึกษาอยู่ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 30.82 2. ความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองต่อการจัดการศึกษาโครงการโรงเรียนสองภาษาของโรงเรียนเบญจมบพิตร สำนักงานเขตดุสิต สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ทั้ง 7 ด้าน ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีความคาดหวังด้านบุคลากรเป็นอันดับ 1 รองลงมาคือ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านบริหารจัดการ ด้านทรัพยากรเพื่อการเรียนการสอน ด้านสัมฤทธิผลของนักเรียน ด้านวิชาการ และด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับผู้ปกครองเป็นอันดับสุดท้าย 3. ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน ในภาพรวมพบว่า ผู้ปกครองที่มีอายุต่างกันมีความคาดหวังต่อการจัดการศึกษาโครงการโรงเรียนสองภาษาของโรงเรียนเบญจมบพิตรแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผู้ปกครองที่มีระดับชั้นที่นักเรียนกำลังศึกษาอยู่ต่างกัน มีความคาดหวังต่อการจัดการศึกษาโครงการโรงเรียนสองภาษาของโรงเรียนเบญจมบพิตรแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนผู้ปกครองที่มีเพศ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ ความ สัมพันธ์เกี่ยวข้องกับนักเรียน และรายได้ของครอบครัวต่อเดือนต่างกัน พบว่ามีความคาดหวังต่อการจัดการศึกษาโครงการโรงเรียนสองภาษาของโรงเรียนเบญจมบพิตรไม่แตกต่างกัน The purposes of this research were to study and to compare the parents expectation of bilingual program educational management of Benjamaborphit School under the Office of Dusit District, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, classified by parents’ background. The survey research consisted of 146 samples of the students’ parents. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire with the reliability of .98. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, means, standard deviation, t - test, One - way ANOVA, and Scheffe’ matched pair comparison. The results of the study showed that : 1. Most of the parents in the sample group or 55.48% were female, aged between 31 – 40 years old at 47.26%, and educational level of bachelor’s degree or higher at 32.88%. Out of all, 53.43% of those parents had worked for the government or state enterprises, and related to the students as mother at 50%. Thirty six point three zero percent had family monthly income less than Baht 10,000, and students were studying in Prathom 1 at 30.82%. (3) 2. The parents’ expectations of bilingual program educational manage- ment of Benjamaborphit School under the Office of Dusit District, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, on the 7 aspects as a whole were at high level, while the expectations on the personnel aspect came first. Second was the expectation on the teaching and learning, the administration and management, the resources for teaching and learning, the achievement of learners, and academic matters. Additionally, the aspect of relationship between school and parents came last. 3. The hypothesis testing as a whole showed that, parents with different age, had different expectations of the bilingual program educational management of Benjamaborphit School at statistical significance of .01. Parents with different students class level, had different expectations of the bilingual program educational management of Benjamaborphit School at statistical significance of .05. Parents with different gender, education level, occupation, relationship with students, and family monthly income did not show different expectations on the bilingual program educational management of Benjamaborphit School.
