Abstract: การวิจัยเรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้ของผู้ปกครองต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชน เขตทุ่งครุ กรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามคุณลักษณะบุคคลของผู้ปกครอง โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงสำรวจจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้ปกครองของนักเรียน จำนวน 288 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.9718 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่โดยวิธีของ เชฟเฟ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. คุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลของผู้ปกครอง ส่วนใหญ่ พบว่า เป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 65.97 อายุสูงกว่า 35 ปี ร้อยละ 44.79 ระดับการศึกษา ต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี ร้อยละ 47.92 อาชีพ รับจ้าง ร้อยละ 48.61 รายได้ของครอบครัวต่อเดือน 15,001-20,000 บาท ร้อยละ 23.26 ความเกี่ยวข้องของผู้ปกครองกับนักเรียน บิดา มารดา ร้อยละ 82.99 2. การรับรู้ของผู้ปกครองต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชน เขตทุ่งครุ กรุงเทพมหานคร ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเห็นด้วยระดับมากด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียน เป็นอันดับที่หนึ่ง รองลงมา ด้านบุคลากร ด้านหลักสูตรและกระบวนการเรียนการสอน ด้านกิจการนักเรียน ด้านสภาพแวดล้อม อาคารสถานที่และห้องเรียน มีเพียงด้านเดียวอยู่ในระดับปานกลางคือ ปรัชญาและเป้าหมายของโรงเรียน 3. ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ผู้ปกครองที่ อายุ การศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้ของครอบครัวต่อเดือนและความเกี่ยวข้องกับนักเรียน ต่างกัน มีการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการจัดการศึกษาโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชน เขตทุ่งครุ กรุงเทพมหานคร แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนผู้ปกครองที่เพศต่างกัน มีการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชน เขตทุ่งครุ กรุงเทพมหานครไม่แตกต่างกัน The objectives of the research were to study and to compare parents’ perception of educational management of private kindergartens, Tung Khru District, Bangkok Metropolis, using a surveying technique. A number of 288 students’ parents were randomly selected from a defined population. A questionnaire with the reliability of 0.9718 was used for data collection. Statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, S.D., t-test, ANOVA, and Scheffe matched pair comparison. The findings revealed the followings : 1. For personal information of parents, there were 65.97% females. Among those, a total of 44.79% were above 35 years old, 47.92 % held lower than undergraduate degrees, 48.61% were not self-employed, 23.26% earned 15,001-20,000 baht monthly, and 82.99% were related to the students as father and mother. 2. The overall of the parents’ perception of educational management of private kindergartens, Tung Khru, Bangkok Metropolis was at a high level, primarily in the quality of the students, and secondly in the human resources, curriculum and teaching procedures, student affairs, environment, buildings and classrooms. Only the schools’ philosophies and goals were at medium level. 3. The hypothesis testing showed that parents whose age, educational background, profession, monthly family income and relationship with the students were different perceived differently the educational management of private kindergartens in the area of Tung Khru, Bangkok, at the statistical significance of .05. Parents who differed in gender had similar perception of educational management of private kindergartens, Tung Khru District, Bangkok Metropolis.
