Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความพร้อมในการจัดกิจกรรม ลูกเสือ เนตรนารี ของผู้บริหารและครูของโรงเรียนสังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา 2) เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลในการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือ เนตรนารี ของโรงเรียนสังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความพร้อมด้านการบริหารกิจกรรมลูกเสือ เนตรนารี ของผู้บริหารและครู กับประสิทธิผล ในการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือ เนตรนารี โรงเรียนสังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ใช้การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจกับประชากร ที่เป็นโรงเรียนสังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา จำนวน 29 โรงเรียน รวม 145 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สถานภาพของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม เป็นชายร้อยละ 57.9 มีอายุ 35 – 45 ปี และอายุ 45 ปีขึ้นไป เท่ากัน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 47.6 ดำรงตำแหน่งครูผู้สอนมากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 60 ส่วนใหญ่ มีวุฒิทางลูกเสือ ขั้น A.T.C. คิดเป็นร้อยละ 53.8 และขั้น B.T.C. คิดเป็นร้อยละ 33.1 ระยะเวลาดำรงตำแหน่งทางลูกเสือสูงกว่า 15 ปี มากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 61.4 ความพร้อมในการบริหารกิจกรรมลูกเสือ เนตรนารี ของผู้บริหารและครู โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.46 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.66 ประสิทธิผลในการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือ เนตรนารี อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.77 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.65 ค่าสัมประสิทธิสหสัมพันธ์ ระหว่างความพร้อมในการบริหารกิจกรรมลูกเสือ เนตรนารี ของผู้บริหารและครูกับประสิทธิผลในการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือ เนตรนารี เท่ากับ 0.740 มีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 The purposes of this study are: 1 ) to study the readiness in managing boy and girl scouts activities of administrators and teachers in secondary schools under the Department of General Education, Phra Nakhon Sri Ayutthaya Province 2 ) to study the effectiveness in managing boy and girl scout activities of the schools under the Department of General Education, Phra Nakhon Sri Ayutthaya Province; and 3 ) to study the relationship between the readiness in managing boy and girl scout of administrators and teachers and the effectiveness in managing boy and girl scout in secondary schools under the Department of General Education, Phra Nakhon Sri Ayutthaya Province by collecting information from 145 subjects in 29 schools who are under the supervision of the Department of General Education, Phra Nakhon Sri Ayutthaya Province. Four-part questionnaires were used with 0. 97 reliability, analyzed by calculation using percentage, average, standard deviation and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation. From the study, it was found that the status of the subjects are male, estimated at 57.9 percent between 35-45 years of age, 47.6 percent; over 45 years of age. Most of them are in the position of teachers, estimated at 60 percent. Some have certificates in Advanced Unit Leader Training Course (A.T.C), estimated at 53.8 while some have certificates in Basic Unit Leader Training Course (B.T.C), estimated at 33.1 percent. The longest time the subjects have worked for scout activities is 15 years, estimated at 61.4 percent. Therefore, the readiness in managing boy and girl scouts of the administrators and teachers in overall is high with and average of 3.46, the standard deviation of 0.66, the effectiveness in managing boy and girl scout in overall is high with and average of 3.77, the standard deviation of 0.65, and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation of 0.740. Moreover, The significance level of the readiness and effectiveness between the administrators and teachers in managing the boy scout and girl scout activities is at .01.
