Abstract: การศึกษาเรื่องการนำแฟ้มพัฒนางาน (Portfolio) ไปใช้ประโยชน์ในด้านการปฏิรูปการเรียนการสอนของครูในโรงเรียนเขตดุสิต สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการนำแฟ้มพัฒนางาน ไปใช้ประโยชน์ในด้านการปฏิรูปการเรียนการสอนของครูในโรงเรียนเขตดุสิต และเปรียบเทียบการนำแฟ้มพัฒนางานไปใช้ประโยชน์ในด้านปฏิรูปการเรียนการสอนของครูที่มีอายุ วุฒิการศึกษา อายุราชการ และขนาดโรงเรียนที่แตกต่างกัน โดยใช้วิธีการศึกษาจากครูในโรงเรียนเขตดุสิตเป็นกลุ่มประชากร จำนวน 9 โรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 113 คน ประกอบด้วยโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก ขนาดกลาง ขนาดใหญ่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.85 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ F – test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ครูที่สอนในโรงเรียนเขตดุสิต สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครนำแฟ้มพัฒนางาน (Portfolio) ไปใช้ประโยชน์ในด้านการปฏิรูปการเรียนการสอนในด้านการเตรียมการสอน การสอน และการประเมินผลในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.49 3.65 และ 3.59 ตามลำดับ 2. ครูที่มีอายุต่างกัน และสอนในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดแตกต่างกัน นำแฟ้มพัฒนางานไปใช้ประโยชน์ในด้านการเตรียมการเรียน และการประเมินผล ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. ครูที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาสูงสุดต่างกัน นำแฟ้มพัฒนางาน ไปใช้ประโยชน์ในด้านการเตรียมการสอนและการสอนไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่นำไปใช้ด้านการประเมินผลแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 4. ครูที่มีอายุราชการต่างกัน นำแฟ้มพัฒนางาน ไปใช้ประโยชน์ในด้านการเตรียมการสอนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 แต่นำไปใช้ในด้านการสอนและการประเมินผลไม่แตกต่างกัน The study on the Utilization of Portfolio in Learning and Teaching Reform of Teachers in Dusit District Schools, Bangkok Metropolitan was conducted in order to study and compare the use of the portfolio for learning and teaching reform by the teachers who were different in ages, levels of education, years in service and different sizes of school. The study was carried out through the population of 113 teachers in 9 schools in Dusit District, consisting of small, medium and large sized schools. The tool for the research was the questionnaire developed with the whole confidence at 0.85 level. The data analysis was done through frequency distribution statistics, percentage, means, S.D. and F – test. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The teachers in Dusit District Schools, Bangkok Metropolis made use of the portfolio in lesson planning, teaching, and evaluation at high level, with the means of 3.49, 3.65 and 3.59 respectively. 2. The teachers who were different in age, and worked in different sized schools made use of the portfolio in lesson planning, teaching, and evaluation, without significant difference. 3. The teachers with different levels of education made use of the portfolio in lesson planning and teaching without significant difference, but different in evaluation with statistical significance at level 0.05. 4. The teachers with different levels of education made use of the portfolio in lesson planning with statistical significant difference at level 0.05, but not different in teaching and in evaluation
