Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษากรณีเครือข่ายโรงเรียนชุมชนอีสานและเครือข่ายชมรมพัฒนาชาวบุรีรัมย์ โดยมีจุดมั่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลให้ชุมชนเกิดความเข้มแข็ง 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยร่วมและปัจจัยต่างของชุมชนเข้มแข็ง 3) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบที่บ่งบอกถึงความเข้มแข็งของชุมชน และ 4) ศึกษาผลการทำนายปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความเข้มแข็งของชุมชน โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างจากกลุ่มประชากรของเครือข่ายโรงเรียนชุมชนอีสานและเครือข่ายชมรมพัฒนาชาวบุรีรัมย์ โดยวิธีสุ่มแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) และแบบโควตา (Quota Sampling) จากผู้นำคณะกรรมการและสมาชิกกลุ่มหรือเครือข่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพและเชิงปริมาณ เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ตามแบบสอบถาม (Interview Schedule) ซึ่งแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ตอน ประกอบด้วยสภาพทั่วไปของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลให้ชุมชนเกิดความเข้มแข็งและองค์ประกอบที่บ่งบอกถึงความเข้มแข็งของชุมชน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าฐานนิยม (Mode) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) วิเคราะห์ทดสอบความแตกต่างค่าเฉลี่ย 2 กลุ่ม อิสระกัน (Independent Samples) ใช้ค่าสถิติ t-test วิเคราะห์ผลการทำนายใช้สถิติถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลให้ชุมชนเกิดความเข้มแข็ง 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ ทุนพื้นฐานทางสังคม ผู้นำหรือปราชญ์ท้องถิ่น การสนับสนุนจากองค์กรภายในและภายนอก การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนและวิธีการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชน มีค่าประเมินอยู่ในเกณฑ์ค่าเฉลี่ยที่ขั้นมากถึงมากที่สุด ระดับประเมินดีเยี่ยมทุกองค์ประกอบ จึงเป็นจุดเด่นของกลุ่มหรือเครือข่าย 2. ปัจจัยร่วมและปัจจัยต่างที่ทำให้ชุมชนเกิดความเข้มแข็ง 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ ทุนพื้นฐานทางสังคม ผู้นำหรือปราชญ์ท้องถิ่น การสนับสนุนจากองค์กรภายในและภายนอก การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนและวิธีการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชน มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติทุกองค์ประกอบ 3. องค์ประกอบที่บ่งบอกถึงความเข้มแข็งของชุมชน 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ คุณลักษณะด้านสังคม คุณลักษณะด้านเศรษฐกิจและอาชีพ คุณลักษณะด้านวัฒนธรรมและประเพณีและคุณลักษณะด้านทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม มีค่าประเมินอยู่ในเกณฑ์ค่าเฉลี่ยที่ขั้นมากถึงมากที่สุด ระดับประเมินดีถึงดีเยี่ยมทุกองค์ประกอบ จึงเป็นโอกาสของกลุ่มหรือเครือข่าย 4. ผลการทำนายปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความเข้มแข็งของชุมชน พบว่า องค์ประกอบวิธีการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนมีอิทธิพลต่อความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนมากที่สุด รองลงมา ได้แก่ การสนับสนุนจากองค์กรภายในและภายนอกและการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน

Abstract: This study was a case study of a network of lsarn Community Schools and a Network of Buriram People Development Club. The purposes were to 1) study the factors that empowered the communities, 2) study the joint factors and different factors of strong communities, 3) study the elements indicating the strength of communities, and 4) study the results of prediction about factors influencing on the strong of the communities. The purposive sampling was done to the members of lsarn Community Schools Network and Buriram People Development Club Network, and the quota sampling was conducted to leaders, board of committee. And members of school network, and club network. The research instrument for collecting quality and quality data was a structured interview. The interview was divided into 3 parts including the general condition of the samples, factors enhancing the communities strength, and the elements indicating the strength of the communities. The data was analyzed by basic statistical values such as percentage, mode, mean, and standard deviation. The t-test was employed to analyze the differences of the two independent groups’ means. For prediction result, the multiple regression analysis was utilized. The study found that : 1. The 5 factors contributed to community empowerment were social fundamental fund, leaders or local wisemen, supporting from inside and outside, organizations, participation of community, and how to enhance the strength of community. The average of this evaluation for all elements was at MORE level to MOST level, and every element was at GOOD level to EXCELLENT level. This was an outstanding point of groups or networks. 2. The 5 joint factors and different contributed to community empowerment were social fundamental fund, leaders or local wisemen, supporting from inside and outside organizations, participation of community, and how to enhance the strength of community. These elements were all statistical significant different. 3. The 4 elements indicating the strength of community were social characteristics, economic and job characteristics, cultural and festival characteristics, and natural resources and environmental characteristics. The average of this evaluation for all elements was at MORE level to MOST level, And every elements was at GOOD level to EXCELLENT level. This was a good opportunity of groups or networks. 4. The results of prediction about factors influencing on the strength of community were how to empower the strength of community influenced most on the strength of the community.
