Abstract: การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของหญิงขายบริการทางเพศ เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของนักศึกษาหญิงขายบริการทางเพศ และเพื่อหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของหญิงขายบริการทางเพศกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือหญิงขายบริการทางเพศทั้งทางตรงและแอบแฝงที่สมัครใจและยินดีตอบแบบสอบถาม ซึ่งประกอบด้วยข้อมูล 4 ส่วน ได้แก่ ข้อมูลส่วนตัว พฤติกรรมทางเพศของหญิงขายบริการทางเพศ พฤติกรรมสุขภาพของหญิงขายบริการทางเพศ และความรู้ความตระหนักเกี่ยวกับเรื่องโรคเอดส์ ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ โดยมีค่า IOC = 0.97 เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ระหว่างวันที่ 1 มีนาคม 2552-31 มีนาคม 2552 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และหาความสัมพันธ์โดยใช้การทดสอบแบบไคสแคว์ (Chi-Square Test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนมากมีอายุอยู่ระหว่าง 21-25 ปี มีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ในจังหวัดสุรินทร์ มีระดับการศึกษาอยู่ในช่วงชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น สถานภาพสมรสโสด มีรายได้อยู่ระหว่าง 5,001-10,000 บาท และพักอาศัยอยู่กับเพื่อนส่วนปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของหญิงขายบริการทางเพศ 3 ลำดับแรก คือพฤติกรรมการดื่มเครื่องดื่มที่มีส่วนผสมของแอลกอฮอล์ รองลงมาคือความรู้สึกท้อแท้ หดหู่จิตใจ และนิยมสูบบุหรี่ เมื่อประเมินความรู้และความตระหนักเกี่ยวกับโรคเอดส์ของหญิงขายบริการทางเพศ ส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคเอดส์อยู่ในระดับดีมาก ส่วนความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของหญิงขายบริการทางเพศ พบว่า รายได้มีความสัมพันธ์ กับ พฤติกรรมสุขภาพของหญิงขายบริการทางเพศอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05)ซึ่งรายได้ที่มากจะทำให้หญิงขายบริการทางเพศมีพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพที่ไม่เหมาะสม ส่วนตัวแปรอื่นๆ ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของหญิงขายบริการทางเพศ นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า ควรมีการส่งเสริมให้ความรู้แก่หญิงขายบริการทางเพศเพื่อให้เกิดความตระหนักอย่างเป็นระยะ ต่อเนื่อง และครบรอบด้านสำหรับหญิงขายบริการทางเพศ การจัดหาถุงยาอนามัยให้เพียงพอแก่หญิงขายบริการทางเพศ การให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับสุขภาวะทางเพศ และการตรวจเลือดเพื่อหาเชื้อเอชไอวี และควรมีการสร้างแรงจูงใจให้กับเจ้าของสถานประกอบการทางเพศได้เห็นความสำคัญต่อสุขภาพของหญิงขายบริการทางเพศ

Abstract: The purpose of this descriptive research was to study the health behaviors of prostitutes at Muang District, Surin Province, to analyze the influencing factors to health behaviors of prostitutes and find out the sampling group for thais study were 167 prostitutes servicing directly and indirectly in Muang district of Surin Province. The researcher by choosing specific information. The questionnaire forms were used to find our information which were consisted of the personal details, sexual behaviors and health behaviors including the Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) knowledge of the prostitutes. The questionnaires forms were passed to check correctness by experts IOC was valued at 0.97 Interviewing to collect information from the sampling group was conducted between 1st March 2009 to 31st March 2009. The statics used in the analysis consisted of percentage, mean, standard deviation and relation of data was sought by chi-square. From this studying it showed that most of the sampling groups were 21-25 years old, whose hometown is in Surin. Their education ranged from Matthayomsueksa 1-3. They possessed single status. Their incomes were between 5,001-10,000 baht and they live with their friends. Among the top three groups facing influencing factors to health behaviors were that they drank alcohol, had depressed feeling and smoked… When they were evaluated concerning the knowledge and realization of the Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS), it was found that the knowledge about AIDS among most of the prostitutes were very good. The relation between the individual factors and health vehaviors of the prostitutes were found that their income related to the health behaviors of the prostitutes were (p<0.05)of the statistical significance. They do not take a good care of their health suitably although their income is high. For other factors, it showed that this does not relate to the health behaviors of the prostitutes. However, we should provide knowledge to the prostitutes to know widely because it can make them change their sexual behaviors, should have the healthy service place for the prostitutes, should find the health bag for them, should give some good direction about the sexual behaviors, should check blood to look for AIDS and should give some motivation to the sexual keeper to take care of the important health of the prostitutes.
