Abstract:
The purposes of this study were to study direct sale business strategies among the members of Kangzenkenko International in northeastern region I and to study the factors affecting direct sale business and successful business according to members marketing plan. Qualitative research was used in this study. Collecting of data were done through documentary review, interview, observation, participation and business group meeting of targeted group. Triangular technique was used to obtain the data quality.
The research findings were as follows:
Direct sale business strategies of members were product business strategy provided diverse products for customers demand, fixed price setup in order to attract customers regardless economic condition or fluctuation of raw material price was price strategy, sale representatives or members had their own business freedom which focused on specific technique without staging in the store was used as sale strategy, and marketing promotion strategy for products distribution to consumers through public relations, new member or new consumer network procurement and problems solving or provided consult to new and old consumer groups.
Factors affected direct sale business and successful business according to companys marketing plane consisted of 2 factors were internal factors ; life quality enhancement demand, informative perception which brought about direct sale business system learning through good attitude motivation toward company and external factors ; the push forward force from family, social, culture, economic and environment of members.
Recommendation for knowledgeable and truthful utilization reveled that communication for organization image was more needed in order to delete business negative image such as consumer deception and high price products. Good image creation was the good base of products, and was more widely accepted. Moreover, environmental factors which cause decision making to get into direct sale business system of all groups in Thailand should be studied in order to compare the difference direct sale companies of Thais and foreign.
