Abstract:
The correlation research aimed to 1) study the input, process and consumers satisfaction towards bookstores management in Surin municipality 2) study the relationship and level of effective result of input and process towards consumers satisfaction in Surin municipality 3) Seek for good indicators to predict consumers satisfaction toward bookstores management in Surin municipality. Sample groups were determined by Krejcie and Morgan method. The 350 samples were selected by stratified random sampling. The tool of research was a questionnaire with 0.9612 reliability. Data were collected during the month of October to December 2009. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS program for frequency, percentage, means and standard deviation. The relationship between input, process and consumers satisfaction was analyzed by Persons coefficient correlation. All levels of effective result towards consumers satisfaction as the predictors were analyzed by multiple regression. Stepwise multiple regression was administered to seek for good predictors. Equation of good prediction in the form of untandardized score and standard score equation were built. Data on opinion and suggestion from the open-ended questionnaire were analyzed by content analysis.
The research results were as follows :
1. There was a high level of appropriateness on the input( =3.78,S.D.= 0.67) and when considering on each aspect, there were an appropriateness on aspects of administrative structure, personnel, products, price and place at high level to all 5 aspects.
