Abstract:
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน เฉพาะพื้นที่พิเศษ จังหวัดสุรินทร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครู ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน เฉพาะพื้นที่พิเศษ จังหวัดสุรินทร์ จำนวน 321 คน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจากการเทียบตารางสัดส่วนของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน (Krejcie and Morgan) โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบตรวจสอบรายการ (Check-List) และแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.81 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้สถิติที (t-test) และสถิติเอฟ (F-test)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน เฉพาะพื้นที่พิเศษ จังหวัดสุรินทร์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.76) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านความรู้สึกรับผิดชอบ (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.99) รองลงมาคือด้านระบบกรบริหารงานของสถานศึกษา (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.88) ค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือด้านเศรษฐกิจและนโยบายทางการเมือง (ค่าเฉลี่ย =3.50)
2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานพื้นฐาน เฉพาะพื้นที่พิเศษ จังหวัดสุรินทร์ พบว่า ครูภูมิลำเนาจังหวัดสุรินทร์และครูภูมิลำเนาต่างจังหวัด และอายุการปฏิบัติงาน ต่างกัน มีระดับขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่าแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 จำนวน 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านความรู้สึกรับผิดชอบ ด้านประโยชน์ตอบแทนและประโยชน์เกื้อกูล ด้านระบบการบริหารงานของสถานศึกษาและด้านเศรษฐกิจและนโยบายทางการเมือง
Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to study the morale of teachers in basic schools on special area, Surin province. The samples were 321 basic educational administrators and teachers. Which calculated form Krejcie and Morgan table and selected by using the Simple Random Sampling. The instruments used for gathering data were check-list and rating scale questionnaire with the confidential level of 0.81 SPSS was used with statistical analysis in percentage, mean, standard deviation and hypothesis testing by t-test and (F-test : One way - ANOVA)
The results of this research were as follows:
1. The morale of teachers in basic schools on special area, Surin province, were at high level as a whole. They were listed form higher of lower average point as follow : morale of teachers in basic schools on special area, Surin province. The feeling is responsible, system administration work side of the school, firm feeling in the work, the relation in an institute, the adventage in compensates and adventage in compensate and the economic and politics policy
2. The comparison morale of teachers in basic schools on special area, Surin province, meet that, domicile Surin teacher and domicile provincial teacher, and age work practice, differently, be high class the cherished possession and the will in work practice, different generally, implily important statistics way that 0.05 level when, consider lay a side meets that, different, imply imp important statistics way that 0.05 amount side levels, be feeling side is responsible ,advantage side compensates and the advantage help, system administration work side of the school and economic and political policy
