Abstract:
The research employed a Correlation Research method. Its objectives were to study academic management factors concerning the academic accomplishment of the teachers in the Office of Surin Education Service Area 3, to study the relationship and influencing level between the factors of academic management and academic accomplishment of the teachers in the Office of Surin Education Service area 3 , to find the good predictors predicting on the academic accomplishment of the teachers in the office of Surin Education Service Area 3, and to stipulate the predicting of the academic accomplishment of the teachers in the Office of Surin Education Service Area 3. Sample size was the calculated regarding to the Krejcie and Morgan table at the reliability of 95 % There were 320 samples selected by the stratified Random sampling. The research tools to collect data was the 5 level rating scale questionnaire with reliability of 0.9866. Collected data were then analyzed by statistics program, such as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation to find overall relation among academic management factors which affected academic accomplishment of the teachers by Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Regression. The stepwise Multiple Regression analysis was used to find good predictors in order to determine the good predicting standardized estimation and unstandardized estimation and analyzed opinions and suggestions of questionnaire respondents by using content analysis.
The research finding were as follows :
1. The overall image of factors of academic management , such as input, process of working performance, and environment of organization were at the middle level ( =3.31, 3.36, 3.48, S.D.=0.55, 0.62, 0.62). The leadership of executives was at high level ( =3.52, S.D.=0.72). The overall image of the academic accomplishment of the teachers was at middle level ( =3.07, S.D.=0.66), the academic accomplishment of decorating/translating and writing articles, research work, and the academic work in other characteristics were at middle level ( =3.66, 3.01, 3.24, S.D.=0.49, 0.76, 0.67). When considered each individual aspect of details, it was mostly found at the middle level.
2. The result of overall relationship and influencing level between the factors of academic management and academic accomplishment of the teachers in the Office of Surin Education Service Area 3 was as follows :
2.1 Concerning the result of overall correlation coefficient among predictors with criterion variable indicated that 4 predictors were input, process of the working performance, environment of organization and leadership of the executive, it was found that relation of overall academic accomplishment of the teachers, the academic accomplishment of decorating / translating and writing articles, of researches, academic work in other characteristics was at high and higher level which yielded statistical significance of .05 and whose range was from 0.661 to 0.819. when predictors were divided into 10 factors was on low and middle levels, it yielded statistical significance of .05 and whose rang was from 0.363 to 0.535.
2.2 Having been tested the overall image of input, process of the academic accomplishment of the teachers on middle level which equaled was 0.584 or 34.10 percentage, this study was statistically significant at the level of .05. When predictors were divided into 10 factors, influencing of the overall image academic accomplishment of the research was at high level equaling 0.625 or 39.00 percentage.
3. The finding result of good predictors and the equation development of the overall image accomplishment of the research was summarized as follows : Of the academic management factors, it was found that 2 good predictors were the input and the process of working performance, influencing of the overall image academic accomplishment of the teachers at middle level equaling 0.577 or 33.30 percentage. When predictors were divided into 10 factors, it was found 6 good predictors for 3 input were working performance of structure, budgeting and facilities, 2 factor of process of working performance were implementation of the plan, supervising and monitoring, and 1 factor of environment of organization was working atmosphere, influencing on higher level and whose was 0.620 or 38.50 percentage, this study was statistically significant at the level of .05.
4. Results of equation development from good predictors were as follows :
4.1 In case of overall predictors, the good predictors were the working performance and the procedure of working performance. Where their predicting estimation of the image academic accomplishment of the teachers in both the estimation of standardized estimation equation and unstandardized estimation equation, it revealed as follows :

4.2 In case of separating 10 predictors, there were 6 good predictors such as the input of structure, budgeting and facilities, process of working performance of implement of the plan, supervising and monitoring, environment of organization of working atmosphere. Where their predicting estimation of the overall image academic accomplishment of the teachers in both the estimation of standardized estimation equation and unstandardized estimation equation, it revealed as follows :
