Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการบริหารงานกิจกรรมเสริม หลักสูตร ตามทัศนะของผู้บริหาร ครูกิจกรรม และครู–อาจารย์ ของวิทยาลัยเกษตรและเทคโนโลยี ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครูกิจกรรม และครู–อาจารย์ ของวิทยาลัยเกษตรและเทคโนโลยี ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ จำนวน 274 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่าที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น โดยเป็นข้อคำถามเกี่ยวกับสภาพและปัญหาการบริหารงานกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร แบ่งเป็น 3 ตอน คือ ตอนที่ 1 สถานภาพของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ตอนที่ 2 สภาพและปัญหาการบริหารงานกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรใน 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการวางแผนการจัดกิจกรรม ด้านการสนับสนุนการจัดกิจกรรม ด้านการประสานงานการจัดกิจกรรม และด้านการควบคุมการจัดกิจกรรม ตอนที่ 3 ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับสภาพและปัญหาการบริหารงานกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพการปฏิบัติ การบริหารงานกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร ตามทัศนะของผู้บริหาร ครูกิจกรรม และครู-อาจารย์ ของวิทยาลัยเกษตรและเทคโนโลยีในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ใน ระดับปานกลาง ทุกข้อ 2. ปัญหาการปฏิบัติการบริหารงานกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรตามทัศนะของ ผู้บริหาร ครูกิจกรรม และครู-อาจารย์ ของวิทยาลัยเกษตรและเทคโนโลยี ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ใน ระดับปานกลาง ทุกข้อ 3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบสภาพการปฏิบัติการบริหารงานกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร ตามทัศนะของผู้บริหาร ครูกิจกรรม และครู-อาจารย์ ของวิทยาลัยเกษตรและเทคโนโลยี ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดย ผู้บริหาร มีค่าเฉลี่ยทัศนะต่อสภาพการปฏิบัติมากกว่าครูกิจกรรม และครู-อาจารย์ ส่วนใน รายด้าน ผู้บริหารและครู-อาจารย์ มีค่าเฉลี่ยทัศนะต่อการปฏิบัติการบริหารงานกิจกรรม เสริมหลักสูตร ทุกด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยผู้บริหารมีทัศนะต่อสภาพการปฏิบัติมากกว่าครู-อาจารย์ สำหรับผู้บริหารกับครูกิจกรรม มีค่าเฉลี่ยทัศนะต่อสภาพการปฏิบัติการบริหารงานกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05 โดยผู้บริหาร มีค่าเฉลี่ยทัศนะต่อสภาพการปฏิบัติมากกว่าครูกิจกรรมในด้าน การสนับสนุน การจัดกิจกรรม ด้านการประสานงานการจัดกิจกรรม และด้านการควบคุม การจัดกิจกรรม ส่วนด้านการวางแผนการจัดกิจกรรมแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ส่วนครูกิจกรรมและครู-อาจารย์ มีค่าเฉลี่ยทัศนะต่อสภาพการปฏิบัติการบริหารงานกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร ทุกด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 4. ผลการเปรียบเทียบทัศนะที่มีต่อปัญหาการปฏิบัติการบริหารงานกิจกรรม เสริมหลักสูตร ตามทัศนะของผู้บริหาร ครูกิจกรรม และครู-อาจารย์ ทั้งโดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน ทุกด้าน โดยผู้บริหารและครูกิจกรรมมีค่าเฉลี่ยทัศนะต่อปัญหาการปฏิบัติการบริหารงาน กิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และผู้บริหารและ ครู-อาจารย์ มีค่าเฉลี่ยทัศนะต่อปัญหาการปฏิบัติบริหารงานกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยผู้บริหาร มีค่าเฉลี่ยทัศนะต่อปัญหาการปฏิบัติน้อยกว่าครูกิจกรรมและครู-อาจารย์ ส่วนครูกิจกรรมและครู-อาจารย์ มีทัศนะต่อการปฏิบัติแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติทุกด้าน The research aimed at studying the states and problems of student activity administration as the attitude of administrators, activity teachers and teachers of Agricultural and Technology Colleges in the northeastem region. The sample size was 274 of administrators, activity teachers and teachers of the Agricultural and Technology Colleges in the northeastern region. The data collection employed a self-made rating-scale questionaire consisting of 3 parts. The first part questioned the status informants. The second part questioned the states and problems of student activity administrator within 4 aspects :- activity planning, activity supporting activity co-ordinating and activity controlling. The third part questioned the suggestion of states problems of student activity administration. Percentage, mean, standard deviation and one-way ANOVA ware employed in the data analysis. The results revealed that. 1. The states of operating of student activity administration as the attitude of administrators, activity teachers and teachers were at moderate level when generally and specifically considered. 2. The problems of operating of student activity administration as the attitude of administrators, activity teachers and teachers were at moderate level when generally and specifically considered. 3. Regarding to the average mean attitude of the states of operating of student activity administration as the attitude of administrators, activity teachers and teachers, there were statistically significant difference at .05 level when generally considered. That was, the administrators showed more average mean attitude than the activity teachers and teachers specifically considered, the administrators and teachers showed average mean attitude of the states of level in all aspects that was, the administrators showed more average mean attitude than the teachers. Comparing the administrators and activity teachers, the administrators showed significant higner than the activity teachers at .05 level in the activity controlling. Excepted activity planning, there was no siginficant difference. Comparing the activity teachers and teachers, the were no siginificant differene in all aspects. 4. Regarding the problems of student activity administration operating as the attitude of administrators, activity teachers and teachers when generally and specifically considered. The activity teachers and teachers were more significant difference than the administrators at .05 level. The activity teachers and teachers were statistically significant difference when specifically considered.
