Abstract:
This purposes of this research were to study and compare the performance on internal supervision process in basic education institutions under Surin Educational service area office. The sample were 387 teachers which were selected by Stratified random sampling. The instrument used for gathering data was rating-scale questionnaire with the confidential level of 0.96 Five aspects of internal supervision process were supervisory planning, gaining of more understanding the performance, supervision performance, courageous promotion, supervision evaluation. The data were analyzed by the SPSS for windows program. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test, one way ANOVA for hypothesis testing.
The results of this research were as follows :
1. The performance on internal supervision process in basic educational institutions under Surin education service area office were at medium Level as a whole. When it was considered in each aspect, the aspect of courageous promotion was at high level. Supervisory planning, gaining of more understanding the performance and supervision performance were at medium level. Supervision evaluation was at low Level.
2. The results of comparison in the performance on internal supervision process in basic education service area office 1, 2 and 3 were not statistical significant difference. When it was considered in each aspect, there were statistical significant difference at the Level of .05 in the aspect of supervision evaluation. The performance on internal supervision process in small sized of basic educational institutions and Large sized of basic educational institutions were not statistical significant difference as a whole and in each aspect.
