Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบสภาพและการบริหารงานแนะแนวตามทัศนะของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูแนะแนว 5 ด้าน คือ การวางแผน การจัดองค์การ การจัดเจ้าหน้าที่ปฏิบัติงาน การอำนวยการ และการประเมินผล โดยจำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และสาขาวิชาที่จบการศึกษา ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูแนะแนวในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดนครราชสีมา รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 281 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้รวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม ลักษณะเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า จำนวน 43 ข้อ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One way analysis of variance) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการแจกแจงความถี่ (Frequency) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพการบริหารงานแนะแนวในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยรวม มีสภาพการบริหารอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อแยกวิเคราะห์เป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการวางแผน มีสภาพการบริหารอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านการจัดองค์การ ด้านการจัดเจ้าหน้าที่ปฏิบัติงาน ด้านการอำนวยการ และด้านการประเมินผล มีสภาพการบริหารอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. ปัญหาการบริหารงานแนะแนว ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา นครราชสีมา โดยรวม มีปัญหาการบริหารงานแนะแนวอยู่ในระดับน้อย เมื่อแยกวิเคราะห์เป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการวางแผน ด้านการจัดองค์การ ด้านการจัดเจ้าหน้าที่ปฏิบัติงาน ด้านการอำนวยการ และด้านการประเมินผล มีปัญหาการบริหารงานแนะแนวอยู่ในระดับน้อยทุกด้าน 3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบสภาพและปัญหาการบริหารงานแนะแนว 3.1 ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูแนะแนว ในโรงเรียนขนาดต่างกัน มีทัศนะต่อสภาพและปัญหาการบริหารงานแนะแนว แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ในด้านการวางแผน การจัดองค์การ การจัดเจ้าหน้าที่ปฏิบัติงาน การอำนวยการ และการประเมินผล 3.2 ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูแนะแนว ที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานต่างกัน มีทัศนะต่อสภาพและปัญหาการบริหารงานแนะแนว แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05 ในด้านการวางแผน การจัดองค์การ การจัดเจ้าหน้าที่ปฏิบัติงาน การอำนวยการ และการประเมินผล 3.3 ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูแนะแนว ที่จบสาขาวิชาต่างกัน มีทัศนะต่อสภาพและปัญหาการบริหารงานแนะแนว โดยรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 The purposes of this research were to study and compare views of administrators and guidance teachers about status and problems of guidance administration in secondary schools under the Department of General Education in Nakhon Ratchasima in 5 aspects : planning , organizing , staffing , directing and evaluating. All 281 administrators and guidance teachers in secondary schools under the Department of Generral Education in Nakhon Ratchasima. The data collection instrumement was 43 item rating - scale questionnaire. The statistics utilized in the data analysis were percentage, mean ( ) ,standard deviation (S.D) , t-test independent, one way analysis of variance and frequency. The research results wer : 1. In general , the status of guidance administration in secondary schools under the Department of General Education in Nakhon Ratchasima were in the medium level. By items, the status were in the high level about planning, organizing, staffing and the status were in the medium level about directing and evaluating. 2. In general , the probems of guidance administration in secondary schools under the Department of General Education in Nakhon Ratchasima were in less level. By items, the probems were in level about planning , organizing , staffing , directing and evaluating. 3. The comparison of the status and problems of guidance administration were as follows : 3.1 The administrators and guidance teachers in different school sizes had significant different views on status and problems at .05 level in five aspects : planning , organizing , staffing , directing and evaluating. 3.2 The administrators and guidance teachers in different experiences had significant different views on status and problems at .05 level in five aspects : planning , organizing , staffing , directing and evaluating. 3.3 The administrators and guidance teachers in different educational general and by items were not significant different views on status and problems.
