Abstract:
This research is the correlational study of the objectives were to 1) study the developmental
levels of administrative factors and the quality of life development of non - commissioned officers
2) study the correlation between administrative factors and the quality of life development of non -
commissioned officers 3) study the levels of administrative effects on the quality of life development
of non - commissioned officers 4) figure out efficient predictors of the quality of life development
of non - commissioned officers 5) create equation models of quality of life development of non -
commissioned officers. Samples were obtained through stratified random sampling and the size of
samples was determined by using Krejcie and Morgan table at the reliability of 95 %. The adequate
samples is 190 subjects.
The tools used in the study were questionnaires developed by the researcher, which
possessed the reliability of 0.9640. The analysis was attempted by using SPSS F/W program. The
statistics used in analyzing data were : frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and
simple correlation coefficient was sought out by employing pearson formula. The analysis of the
levels of effect of all administrative factors (which were predictors) was conducted through multiple
regression. The search for efficient predictors was achieved through stepwise multiple regression
analysis. The equation models for efficient prediction were created using unstandardized score and
standardized score.
Research was found as follows :
1. Adminisstrative factor as a whole developed at the middle level ( X =3.21 ; S.D. = 0.64).
When considering at each factor ,the development of the administration factor was at middle level
ช
of degree of the developing level in cooperating, organizing managing, controlling following-up
assessing, planning, and participating respectively ( X = 3.31, 3.27, 3.23, 3.14, 3.07 ; S.D. = 0.65, 0.68,
0.70, 0.73, 0.79)
2. On the quality of life as a whole development of non - commission officers was at
the middle level ( X = 3.18 ; S.D. = 0.62) of the degree of developing level of the administration
factors. When considering at each factor, the respondents of the administration factor was at high
level the degree of the developing level in security ( X = 3.65 ; S.D. = 0.72). Besides, place and
economically all were placed at middle level ( X = 3.10, 2.78 ; S.D. = 0.67, 0.73).
3. For the forecasting items, which were the administrative factors in planning, organizing
managing, cooperating, participating, controlling and following-up assessing, the relationship with
criterion variable yielded positive achievement in the quality of life development of non - commission
officers from 0.825 to 0.909 with statistical significance at the level of 0.01.
4. The forecasting items, which were the administrative factors in planning, organizing
managing, cooperating, participating, controlling and following-up assessing, yielded the positive
achievement in the quality of life development of non - commission officers with statistical significance
at the level of 0.05. The forecasting items related to the criterion variable at the percentage of 58.10
with the standard error of estimate at ± 0.4114
5. The 2 out of 5 effective forecasting items in the administrative factors were cooperating,
and organizing management whice related to criterion variable in the achievement of preventing
and quality of life yielded statistical significance at the level of 0.05. The forecasting power 57.00
percentage with the standard error of estimate in forecasting at ± 0.4132 and the forecasting equations
were developed in type of standardized regression equation and unstandardized regression equation
resulted in effective forecasting items as follows :
Standardized regression equation :
2Zˆ
= 0.433Z(cooperation) +
0.349(organizing)
Unstandardized regression equation :
2
Yˆ = 0.748 + 0.417(cooperation) + 0.321(organizing)
