Abstract:
The main purpose of this research was to compare the level of achievement and level of satisfaction of inservice teachers those who came to participate in the training course Student Diagnostic in 3 difference methods of training, lecturing, lecturing with verbal interaction with trainees, training with active activity of trainees and self-studying of trainees.
Subjects consisted of 216 elementary teachers in Surin Province. The study was conducted in the first semester of 1993 academic year. The training required 2 days for each group.
The data analysis revealed that for achievement level, self study group of trainees had statistically sigificant lower mean than the other two groups. For the satisfaction part, trainees in lecturing with verbal interaction with trainees group had higher statistically significant mean compare with the other two group. So it could be concluded that lecturing with verbal interaction with trainees was better method for training than the other two methods.
