Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการติดต่อสื่อสารของผู้บริหาร ผลสำเร็จในการปฏิบัติงานของโรงเรียน และหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประสิทธิภาพการติดต่อสื่อสารของผู้บริหารกับผลสำเร็จในการปฏิบัติงานของโรงเรียน ตามทัศนะของครูปฏิบัติการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดนครราชสีมา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นครูปฏิบัติการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัด กรมสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดนครราชสีมา จำนวน 351 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิภาพการติดต่อสื่อสารของผู้บริหาร และผลสำเร็จในการปฏิบัติงานของโรงเรียน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่า t (t - test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One – way ANOVA) และสหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่าย (r) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. ประสิทธิภาพการติดต่อสื่อสารของผู้บริหาร ตามทัศนะของครูปฏิบัติการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อ จำแนกตามเพศ ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และขนาดของโรงเรียน อยู่ในระดับมาก เช่นเดียวกัน 2. ประสิทธิภาพการติดต่อสื่อสารของผู้บริหาร ตามทัศนะของครูปฏิบัติการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดนครราชสีมา จำแนกตามเพศและ ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน ไม่แตกต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05 แต่เมื่อจำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. ผลสำเร็จในการปฏิบัติงานของโรงเรียน ตามทัศนะของครูปฏิบัติการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อ จำแนกตามเพศ ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และขนาดของโรงเรียน อยู่ในระดับมาก เช่นเดียวกัน 4. ผลสำเร็จในการปฏิบัติงานของโรงเรียน ตามทัศนะของครูปฏิบัติการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดนครราชสีมา เมื่อจำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน ไม่แตกต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05 แต่เมื่อจำแนกตามเพศ และขนาด โรงเรียน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 5. ประสิทธิภาพการติดต่อสื่อสารของผู้บริหารกับผลสำเร็จในการปฏิบัติงานของ โรงเรียน ตามทัศนะของครูปฏิบัติการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดนครราชสีมา มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยมีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกในระดับค่อนข้างสูง ทั้งโดยรวม จำแนกตามเพศ ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และขนาดโรงเรียน The purposes of this study were to study the efficiency in communication of school administrators and school performance achievement according to the teachers’ opinion in secondary school under the department of general education. This is to find out about the relationship between the efficiency in communication of the administrators and the achievement of performance according to the secondary schools’ attitude under the department of general education in Nakhon Ratchasima. The study samples were 351 of the teachers in the secondary school under the department of general education. The tool used for collecting data were the questionnaires about the efficiency in communication of the administrators and the achievement of the secondary school teachers. The data analysis was implemented by frequency, percentage, mean ( ), standard deviation (SD), t-test, one – way ANOVA and correlation coefficient (r). The result of this study revealed as follows : 1. The efficiency in communication of the administrators according to the teachers’ opinion of the secondary school under the department of general education in Nakhon Ratchasima as a whole was significantly high. When classified by sex, experience in working and the size of the school it was significantly high too. 2. The efficiency in communication of the administrators according to the teachers’ opinion of the secondary school under the department of general education in Nakhon Ratchasima was classified by sex, experience in working. This is not significantly different at the .05 level. However, when classified by the size of the school, it is significantly different at the .05 level. 3. The achievement in working of the school according to the teachers’ opinion of the secondary school under the department of general education in Nakhon Ratchasima as a whole was significantly high. When classified by sex, experience in working and the size of the school it was significantly high too. 4. The achievement in working of the schools according to the teachers’ opinion of the secondary school under the department of general education in Nakhon Ratchasima classified by experience in working it was not significantly different at the .05 level. However, when sex and the size of the school classify it, it was significantly different at the .05 level. 5. The efficiency in communication of the administrators and the achievement of smooth functionality of the school according to the teachers’ opinion of the secondary school under the general education department in Nakhon Ratchasima were significantly correlated at the .01 level. This relationship was highly positive. In terms of sex, experience in working and the size of the school the relationship was correspondingly high.
